I just figured a phone review would be preferable because it would allow me to ask specific questions in response to the direction in which the review is going (rather than thinking up a list of questions to email in advance before knowing what they're even going to say).
I think I'll suck it up and stick with my February phone review. It'll occur after my first interview, so I know at least I won't be rattled for that one. And I figure knowledge is power, and will only aid me in my first choice interview (that is, if I am awarded one . . . )
