For vet prep, do you get denied or waitlisted before getting the vet prep offer?

Vet prep offers including alternates go out the same day or maybe a day or two later than the main DVM admissions decisions. The only people waiting to hear at this stage would be people selected as vet prep alternates to find out if they get an offer, but that is unlikely to happen before the April 15 deadline for accepted students to make their decisions.
