I received an interview invitation in february!

non-trad, there were dates as early as Feb 12, with what looks like two interview days a week until March 26th. And yeah, I'm in-state; Davis is the first UC to do anything besides take my money. lol. Good luck to you.

Snail mail interview invite to OHSU. So happy...had completely given up hope 🙂
 
Just got invited for an interview at Duke!!! (have to schedule it, but wow ...)
 
and they received the secondary October 11

i received an interview at Albany Medical College on 1/29. Interview is Thursday (!) 2/8

UCLA Baby! Looove February. Ok i actually got it in december, I just scheduled it for Feb. Whatever.. still happy!

i just asked about status, so I showed interest... it might be a coincidence, but I got an invite the next morning

i called OHSU last week about sending an update email about some publications and left a voicemail. the woman got back to me later that day and i sent my email to her... no response. maybe it just takes a little longer to send mail out to denver....:luck:

i also got an interview invite. i emailed an update letter to them and got invited shortly thereafter.. coincidence?? hmm.

did you get notification from them? i found out by checking the website.
 
I've got an interview invite from Stanford today. That's my first one, and I finished all my 2ndaries in late Oct. I totally thought I don't have a chance anymore, and I was thinking of my options. So it was a relief to hear the news. So if you are in the same boat as me, you still have a chance.

website... I was worried that I was missing it. But it is painfully obvious when it finally popped up :laugh:

This is my first invite that's not within driving distance... so there's a lot on my mind

I got an invite today from NYMC, and one five days ago for U of Louisville. completed apps at my schools in dec. 20-Jan.1, so I'm VERY surprised and gratified to still be getting interviews (or truthfully, any at all)

NYMC as well. 😀

No longer a one-hit wonder. That's twooooo interviews.

(slots were available 3/20 to mid-April by the time I was able to schedule, if anyone was interested.)

Also, I was complete at the end of September -- they're definitely not going in order.
 
I just got one from Emory, amazingly. The last interview day is 2/26. I was scheduled for 2/23 but managed to move it to 2/19.

yeah heard from case a couple weeks ago for an interview 1st week of march. i def wasn't expecting it at all.. do you know if they still have spots left or if it's for the waitlist?

Looks like Cornell was busy today because I got an invite too. I guess this means I don't have to be patient much longer, thank goodness!! 😀
 
I also just got an invite today from Emory, for Feb. 23rd. Looks like it's not such a bad month after all. 🙂

did it say if these were the last days for interview? cornell is my top choice but i haven't heard anything since october

The e-mail said that they interview into early March, and that there were currently offering interviews for late February.

Interpret that as you will.

Ugh...I haven't heard back from either Emory or Cornell. And looks like they were busy yesterday. Perhaps yesterday was their grand finale, the big bang, and now it's over...Shucks, oh well..

i'm in michigan and have done the drive before... but it's brutal. But we'll see how money and other interviews turn out
 
I just got an interview invite from Drexel today! 😀

And I was about to write off medical school completely!

This should give hope to those who need it. I'm rooting for you guys!!! :luck:
 
hey is ur last name in the beg middle or end of alphabet... trying to think its theres a pattern to invitation...
 
I just got an interview from George Washington and one from Dartmouth. Wow, didn't expect that so late in the game. I sent out some update letters about a month ago and I guess they must have worked. I don't know how many spots are left at these schools this late in the game but hey, its worth a shot.
