Then that's just STL being STL. This is about the only time I feel like screenshots should be allowed- to prove mod inconsistency is a thing, because that's not a player's fault.
Mine also doesn't state that I'm a villager and I'm also not in a gang.

you could easily fake a screen shot. I did it the game it was allowed to prove the point (I think i had SOV say that I was the best WW player he had ever seen or something like that, which while accurate, was not something he blatantly said...)

If people get to pull together whacked out theories after misreading the write-ups, they get to do the same to the role descriptions. Frustrating sure, but sounds fair enough to me. 😉

theres a reason to not circumvent the rules since this is a game that's designed to be fun and a challenge... if you are telling the truth, then you serve as a bit of information to allow us to know going forward in this game that the mods were really off base. But if not it is a wolf getting caught over reaching the role description, which is definitely not beyond you, neither are these threats and "outrage".

I know historically the prostitutes haven't been good for villagers but in a game where we think the wolves are cops, I feel like a prostitute would not be a wolf

Because kills happen overnight- there was no reason for me to waste a block on someone I figured was dead.
most are not doubting that the prostitute is typically a villager role. Could definitely be a double agent (a prostitute as a rat is perfectly understandable). It seems that an inconsistency that no one else has said also applies to them is whats really getting mad jack in hot water now.
you'd think at least one other person would have that in their role description...granted only a few people have weighed in so not necessarily a representative sample yet, but still, so far it's like 0/5

All I will say on the matter is I am strongly against villager code in my games. Do with that as you will.

I'd feel better about this if another blocker came forward and claimed to be the true villager blocker

It wouldn't have worked, it would have likely just blocked my conversation ability.

With STL's caveat, I'd be okay lynching someone else, but I don't know that there's anyone I'm happy lynching that has any real chance of beating me out. In my mind, blocker has the potential to do as much damage as good, so I'd rather lose you than me, unless there's a better option.
Is there usually only "one villager" blocker? (i'm so dumb)
Might want to censor the # in the quote, in case he comes to his senses and wants to delete it eventually.
So I take this to mean either STL intentionally was inconsistent so we couldn't use villager code, or he left "you are a villager" out of everyone's roles and MJ is lying

I have a feeling there are redundant roles in this game, so I wouldnt be too caught up on that.
Perfect, glad someone got that I am not answering one way or the other. As MJ should know I don't. And if he does actually do the video thing, he will be mod killed instantly.

I don't know if this is useful, but when the mods announced my role, I was confused. I didn't know if it meant villager, wolf, neutral, etc... So, I just came right out and asked them. Then, they told me my alignment.

Grr it was 8:30 by like a second per my phone.
I'm betting it was bait by STL to prevent villager code. There's probably a few other people out there with inconsistent role descriptions.
For the record, the mods are laughing their asses off at me in PM, because STL thinks he's clever

No. MJ posted his role description, which stated in it that he is a villager. Several others came forward and said that they are villagers, but their descriptions do not specify it. So the question became is MJ lying or is STL inconsistent in his descriptions.
