Nordi seems like you need some grammar help. 🙂 It would be "was" instead of "were." Was is the singular past tense (for when you are talking about a singular thing (like one person). You would use were if you were talking about multiple people or things. My Grammar Nazi fiance could probably explain it better with the proper terms, but...eh

Were should also be used when stating something contrary to fact, as in "If I were a rich man," when he definitely is not rich.
So, if you're talking about what jjohnston was, it's was. If you're talking about what jjohnston wasn't, it's were!

"D-d-devyn was going to camp with me tonight," Kaydubs had sniffed and then wailed, "We agreed!"

With no body to bury, the remaining students took moment of silence before returning to the runway. The undercurrent of optimism that had churned just under the surface that morning was gone completely. No one spoke for a long time.

Around mid-afternoon, they began to venture guesses and discuss them at length. A few wondered why devyn, and not, say, TigerWillow or Kaydubs? Some brought up jjohnston, who had been revived under incredibly mysterious circumstances. The debate eventually circled back to Kaydubs. Why had they found no Rogue Dinosaurs in Team Parasaurolophus? Why did she defend herself with talk of mysterious hunting missions?

And so the vote was cast.

And before we go attacking people saying "who didn't vote," I'll volunteer the info that I didn't vote to save you the trouble. I was not convinced either way of either of them. Each one had an equal number of suspicious activities/occurrences.

Yep. And I COULD have come back a student. But I didn't come back as either. I came back as a Mutant Pachycephalosaurus. Do you really think I completely made up that role and it's parameters?? I promise you, I am not that creative.

Sorry for the lynching, kaydubs 🙁 There's (at least??) one *very* sneaky wolf out there, and I have no idea where to start. I think I'll also wait until the night results come through, and hope we can get a hint there.

I've gone off the deep end - bored on a Friday night and don't want to study :laugh:

So I made this in honor of jjohnston 🙂

Well that means our odds are better at catching at least one. There are 8 of us, so 6 of us are villagers. One of us will die, leaving five of us left. We have a 2/5 chance of being correct tomorrow. 40%! Better chance than getting into vet school!
 
And now we are saying not even jj is an option so that is 2/4 = 50%! Just throw the stone and hit one!

I propose making a list of EACH player, say what could cause suspicion and what could not (and addendums and such). I'll start with myself.

TW: pros: had goggles and brought down FTB, jeep during possible conversion night, gave info for test to catch alaskandream
Cons: led the lynch for wtf (even though theory had validity), stood up for dyachei (possible conversion Dino?), hasnt been killed yet (sorry for living! 😡)

haha - glad you enjoyed it! I was laughing to myself while I was making it and the dogs were wondering what the heck was wrong with me. I will be at the pub a good portion of tomorrow for St. Patrick's Day :luck:, so taking the night off. (amazingly!) 😛

I think she meant point OUT Alaskan dream
