My LMU portal shows "Due on Friday, December 1, 2023" in Red letters....Does Anyone else show the same? Any idea what it means?
They do not update the supplemental portal. Results will only be sent by email. The due date maybe when the supplemental application closes?

I toured yesterday and I am falling more in love with it!
If/when I attend it will be in Spring 2025 as I deferred a year to finish my Bachelor’s degree.

Like this post please if you are also attending Spring of 2025, would love to see how many of us are on here. 🙂

Can you share some of the things that made you fall in love with it? Congrats on your acceptance!

Thanks!…Mostly it reminded me of my undergraduate college as alot of what they do is very hands on, they even make a-lot of the suture practice kits and the larger models used for practice. You can even help as a work study option and other work study options can be helping with research you are interested in. So really you are working but you learn alot from it as well. Students said the teachers are very open to meeting with you to go over things you may be stuck on and most know you by name. Also, the campus itself is gorgeous.

Not yet. I interviewed on Oct 18 as well. I have a feeling we won’t hear anything until December.

Do we have to be invited to tour the campus? I haven’t heard anything about campus visit opportunities and I wasn’t sure if we could just schedule that?

Does anyone know the post-interview acceptance rate from previous years?

interviewed 9/21, got accepted for spring 2024 on 9/27 but denied to be considered for fall 2024, haven't heard anything since
Denied to be considered for fall? Does that mean they wouldn’t put you back into the running for it or they wouldn’t let you defer?

Me trying to figure out if I should contact admissions to check in or just believe the website and let it ride. This waiting thing is killing me 😅

Anyone know if the spring class has been filled? Is anyone still receiving spring acceptances?
I interviewed in October and applied for fall- haven’t heard anything since. I have friends who were accepted to spring and some who interviewed same day as me for spring and have also heard nothing. Hoping before the new year???

Earlier someone said admissions told them that fall acceptances will start in December.

I haven’t heard anything from them after verifying my application… should I be worried 😅😅

Who should I email to follow up about my application status? I applied for spring and fall, interviewed in sept

For those who have been accepted, what are housing options like? I’ve been trying to pre-plan and I can’t seem to find any options for off-campus living. Is there a Facebook group with places to live?
LMU CVM-DCOM Housing is a good group to join. You will more than likely have to choose a house/apartment sight-unseen. Property rentals go QUICK!

I’m confused on the official spring (silver cohort) start date. I tried googling it- is it in January or actually in the spring time?
January 8th I believe. Spring cohort = spring academic semester.

January 5th is orientation, class starts January 8th

Feeling very nervous as I still haven't heard anything. The only glimmer of hope I have is that when I emailed, admissions told me my application was still being considered. I know that "no news is good news" but this is exactly how it went last cycle when I got rejected. Anyone else in the same boat?

I am in the same boat as you. Fingers crossed for both of us 💕

A while back I think there was an email with links to sign up for tours. I think you could probably email either admissions or Ciera Lindley to ask about tours.

who did you email?

Does anyone remember what the timeline for last year said? Like did they say that decisions would be sent out in December on the website and then none were? Curious how realistic December decisions are

They said in their most recent q&a that basically for fall 2024 it’s a free for all from now until the summer. Upsetting but seems like there’s no actual timeline and it could be anytime over the next 6 months

did they say whether they were sending more interviews or just acceptances/rejections at this point?

Has anyone who has been accepted had issues with the insurance waiver?

Yeah I did you just have to email Kendra Moulton and she’ll help you, she needed to manually enter me into the system and it worked

Does anybody know if our undergrad university can send our transcripts to LMU via Parchment (what we used for sending transcripts to VMCAS)?

I think it depends on the university, not LMU. Some use parchment, some use another similar service. Should be on your institutions website 🙂

So do you think we wont hear anything about admittance until after they receive our fall transcripts?

LMU said they should send acceptance letters for Fall Blue Cohort by this December. Keep in mind that the offices will be closed from Dec 23 to January 1st, so no official communication will be sent. After this date, I assume I'm waitlisted... they sent out Ambassador Q/A and Admissions Q/A videos. i highly recommend checking email to get up to date!

After this time, we must wait until April 15 for those who have been accepted to relay their decision and pay the fee for the seat. If they do not choose to go to LMU, we are moved up and informed of our acceptance. Fingers crossed, getting into a college that has 2000-2500 applicants with only 225 seats this year!

Did you interview with them this year?
