loma linda??

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I interviewed for Loma Linda a week and a half ago and I got a message this morning from Dr. Thorn (assoc dean of admissions) saying he wanted me to call him back at my earliest convenience. I don't want to get my hopes up and they won't be in the office until TUESDAY but I don't know if this is for sure an acceptance. Does anyone know how they do it? Would he be calling with a rejection or something stupid like they need a transcript?????? I haven't gotten any acceptances yet and this is killing me.

I find it highly unlikely that they would call you to reject you. I received a call from Dr. Thorn when I was accepted.

WOW, WOW, WOW...you got in at loma linda toobsllik? man I might have to reconsider loma linda now... I thought they screened for a$$holes with no feelings like yourself. For those of you who might be questioning why I'm saying this...do a search on him and you'll see the type of unsensitive beliefs my friend here has....

oh and 312473...I'm almost 100% sure, that they called you to give you the good news man/girl. CONGRATS!!! Loma linda is cool like that, however I'm starting to question their tactics on admitting people...

Hey 321473, the same exact thing happened to me. I was down in L.A. for the weekend visiting family and I got back today and there was a message on my machine from Dr. Thorn asking me to call back on Tuesday. I haven't heard from any other schools either. I never thought I would be happy for a weekend to be over.
