Okay great! I just wanted to make sure lol, I appreciate you responding! For mine I could only choose a singular day. My interview at UCSF and Kaiser were the same. I think its normal.

If I can remember correctly, I had radio silence from September until I heard back about being offered a spot on the waitlist in mid-March. Still hold out. When I was offered the WL I almost declined it 4 years ago...here I am now about to graduate from Loma and match in March. It'll all work out like it's supposed to!have most people who interviewed heard back by now? i interviewed oct 30 and nothing
No, we have a good number of Catholic classmates and classmates from other faith backgrounds (mostly Christian denominations). I would say the greater majority are SDA though.I'm Catholic and got an interview invite
The class above you will create and moderate the official class FB page. They should also create a discord for you.Not that I know of -- how about we start one 😀
This is just a trend that I have noticed in people who get this full scholarship, not official stuff from Loma. Usually, these students are almost always SDA and URM which makes sense because they want incentive to help diversify medicine. If you have a full ride here, I would take it. Its a good school and I have been satisfied with my training and preparation to match into my specialty of choice.I didn’t know that Loma Linda offer full scholarship. Can you please elaborate more about the eligibility for this scholarship?
Looking at Cycletrack, it appears there's been 3! (11/7, 12/12, and 1/16).how many have there even been?
Based on cycletrack (which is self-reported data so who even knows) I'm theorizing it could be feb 20th! It looks like thursdays every 5 weeks?? But I could be being neurotic! Praying the Lord brings us all peace during this crazy time 🙂Anyone know when the next A wave will be?
how many students do you think have been accepted/how many A slots remain?Based on cycletrack (which is self-reported data so who even knows) I'm theorizing it could be feb 20th! No idea!how many students do you think have been accepted/how many A slots remain?
+1 interview today! What about interviews? are they still sending invites out?
congratulations!!! i really hope I hear back soon!+1 interview today!
Nothing other than knowing your application really well (why medicine, why loma linda, etc.) and being yourself! The style of interview (conversational vs. formal) really depends on you and your interviewer. All the best!+1 interview today! any tips?
According to this there are about 100 waitlist spots and about 25 people get accepted off the waitlist.does anyone know how WL movement tends to look like at this school?
What do you mean by admitted? you mean like accepted accepted into the institution?Last year LL interviewed 380 and matriculated 176. My guess is that they admitted between 250 and 300 students, which if correct would mean a very high post-interview A rate.
Yeah I meant accepted by Loma Linda! What do you mean by admitted? you mean like accepted accepted into the institution?
Hope this is me next >.<IS II today! No affiliation to SDA.
my guess is this thursday.. it seems like they’ve been calling on the 2nd/3rd thursday of every monthanyone have an idea of when calls will be happening this month? im starting to lose my mind lol
based on the acceptance dates in this thread and what cycle track is saying, i would assume it would be happening in this next week bc it looks like every 5 weeks on a thursday they call and this coming week will be the 5th since the last wave. who knows though lolany As yesterday? or will we expect calls next Thursday?
Not sure, but I do know of a non-SDA applicant that was accepted earlier this year.Is it true that for non SDA applicants, were probably only going to get accepted off the waitlist? It seems to be like this for the past cycles.
I think around 70-80% of those who do MMS matriculate into our school the next year. I think you have to maintain a certain percentage throughout the year to be accepted to the school of medicine...its essentially a trial run of med school because you take some classes with us.Hello beautiful people, does anyone have any information on the Masters of Medical Sciences (MMS) that LLUSM offers to some applicants who interview? I haven't heard back from the school about a A/WL/MMS/R yet, but I'm just trying to mentally prepare myself if I don't get an A or WL.
An alum told me that he had classmates who were offered the MMS program with a conditional acceptance to the med school for the following year. Would any of you go for it if offered?
I still haven’t seen anything, but wanted to repost in case I was missing something on my end!Anyone knows when the Facebook page for incoming students will be up?
I don't think that even accepted students know this answer, unfortunately. For accepted students, any insight as to how full the class is?
Unfortunately, no they don't tell us anything about thisFor accepted students, any insight as to how full the class is?
The GroupMe only has like 44 people, so I can’t imagine it’s full entirely.Unfortunately, no they don't tell us anything about this
How big is the class size normally? The GroupMe only has like 44 people, so I can’t imagine it’s full entirely.
like somewhere in the 170s. both in 2021 and 2022, the class size was 176How big is the class size normally?
Keep in mind that not every accepted student is on SDN or in the GroupMe. The class very well might be full and there will probably be a lot of WL movement in the coming months. The GroupMe only has like 44 people, so I can’t imagine it’s full entirely.
