I have got only a single interview out of all the ortho programs I applied to, does this mean that I will have only one choice on my Match rank list?

Yes. Programs will only rank you if you had an interview. You can rank as many program as you want, but if the program doesn't rank you then you won't match.

Yes. Programs will only rank you if you had an interview there. You can rank all the programs you like, but without them rank you, it will be quite pointless.
