RIGHT? Like yes I have been nervous this entire time since my interview but now that’s it’s just around the corner I am like ok now I don’t want to know lol
I am freaking out quite a lot...

I feel like it went good, but I don’t know if I’ll ever feel great until decisions are out! Thank you all for asking!

Also, does anyone know of fun stuff for night life in Lansing? We’re trying to find something to do tonight!

Boo dont go to Crunchys. Harpers is the best. Dublin if you want to just sit and have a drink. Try HopCat for dinner and get their Mac and Cheese and fries . We also have a fun arcade called Pinball Petes. MSU has a bowling alley in the basement of the Union called Spartan Lanes that's open till 3 am usually. It's only 16 dollars for two peope for two hours
 
We have a car 🙂 so pruess pets, hopcat, and pinball Pete are all on the list today!

I was accepted from the OOS applicant pool, but am receiving IS tuition because I got reclassified as IS due to my veteran status.

But you weren’t weird and cagey about it and then deleted all your posts on the thread in a shady manner when someone asked about it. They also said they’d be willing to answer questions about the curriculum and such but ONLY via PM. And after shelter asked about the IS thing they edited their post to remove that line. But still answered the question anyway.
 
I still can’t believe I’ll know where I’m spending my next 4 years this week! This is my final school and my top school. I’m trying not to obsess over my email now :nailbiting:

I ended up interviewing on 2/8 because my flights got canceled for my original interview date. Are you talking about 1/21 or 2/8?
 
I had my interview in Jan and can't remember - do they call + email acceptances and just email everyone else? Honesty expecting waitlist but I'm anxious to know where I land on it...

UM SAD FACT (not fact) RUMOR HAS IT DUBLIN is CLOSING 🙁 It was my favorite bar in undergrad and now its just dead

Study for finals :hungover: BUT have a camping trip this weekend! Wildflowers are poppin’ in SoCal right now haha

Ugh I’m so jealous. It’s 13 degrees here and we got 4 inches of snow last night! We are on spring break, but my husband and I are remodeling our bathroom which is no small task. My house is a nightmare right now 😵

Yeah we’re having a very weird intermittent, rainy winter so our flowers are very confused lol well that definitely sounds like it would keep you busy!! :wideyed:
I keep laughing at myself because I’m getting all worked up about decisions and what if we don’t even find out today lol trying to take this as it comes (proving to be more difficult than I thought)

I actually had never been to SoCal until my interview this year. It’s funny because it was the beginning of november and it was 12 degrees at home and was 80 degrees when I arrived.

I’m in the same boat. This is my last school, so I feel like I’m mentally in a hurry to have this all finished. I was able to chill for a few weeks but now I’m going crazy again lol.

Oh did you interview at western too? That’s the general area I’m from haha my body was in SHOCK at MSU lol so it’ll be an interesting adventure for me if I end up moving there haha

Same here... I’m almost obsessed at this point. It’s like bittersweet because not knowing means that you can be hopeful... and then after you know that’s it. lol l know we’ll all be fine no matter what, just gotta ~try~ to stay busy lol

Exactly. Honestly kind of a bad week to be on break lol.

And yes I did interview at Western and was accepted. I liked the school and all of the faculty, but it’s on the opposite corner of the country from home and will be a REALLY expensive relocation for us and our three dogs. I mean I’m just thankful to be accepted this year, but MSU has been my dream for a long time. It was funny, there was another girl from SoCal at my MSU interview and I felt so bad for her. She literally looked like she was gonna freeze to death. She was cracking up because she had tears running down her face from the icy wind lol.

It's always funny watching warm weather people come to the cold weather states. When I was interviewing at MSU it was like 5 degrees outside... This girl from Puerto Rico looked like she was going to die.

Did you interview on the 8th? I think I remember that girl. Going from warm to cold is literally miserable haha.

Yeah, I did. We had a fair number of people from SoCal, too. If that weather was cold for me, I don't even want to know how they felt!
 
Just a couple more hours guys! Thank goodness I’m working today bc this would be brutally slow if I wasn’t.
