Updates are useless. You were put on hold, because your MCAT was too low. Anything short of a 509+ retake and it's going to be a test in patience from here. You may still be offered an interview, but don't expect anything before late January or February at the earliest. Best of luck.

Hello,

I'm a student applying during the 2016-2017 cycle. I was wondering if any of you were put on the Pre-Interview hold as early as late July and received an interview later on? I've sent AZCOM updates and a letter of intent already. Is there anything else I can do to get an interview and get off the hold?

I was put on a pre-interview hold until March and received an interview in April. Waitlisted then Accepted. Do an update if it makes you feel better but, honestly its just a waiting game. Good luck!
