Help!! I submitted ADEA PASS back 7/16/25. I received the first email from BU saying the next step is Applicant Gateway and that I will be receiving another email with the account info and link to the site. I waited a bit then emailed the support email they had on there if there were issues with the supplemental. I emailed them but it was just ADEA PASS’s email and they said bc it’s a supplemental, they can’t help. So I emailed Boston directly inquiring about it. Nothing. Emailed Boston again about it nothing. Decided to call the phone number they had on the original email, and again it was ADEA PASS and they said they couldn’t help. I tried called the Boston number that was on ADEA PASS’s program finder, and left a voice mail and again nothing. Called the dental school for BU personally and nothing. Emailed BU again and put on delivered and read receipts for my email, and again nothing! I feel like I have resourced all my options and have not gotten any further information. I have also looked everywhere on BU’s website for any additional contact information. If someone could please help me and let me know what to do. I don’t want the money I put towards the application to go to waste if they won’t even look at my app since it’s not complete without the supplemental. I know due date for app is in December, but I want to get this figured out soon.
