Yeah you can although I’m assuming the nonmatch program will give you a deadline like a week or so to let them know for you to accept their offer or not. Lets say you do accept then you would have to withdraw from the match

For those of us who don't have a picture on our original CV, now that Yale says mailed photos are not accepted anymore, if we submit the updated CV, would all the other programs who have our application marked as "complete" be notified?
 
What are you guys using to make your photo 2x2? is there a website to use? also is your photo background white?
 
I submit my app a couple weeks ago and decided to add Yale recently. I wasn’t sure where to put my 2x2 so I just uploaded it under “revised CV/resume” but didn’t realize it would add it to all my previously submit applications. Would this be a huge problem for schools that didn’t ask for a photo?

"A departmental application fee of $50.00 (check or money order) made to UW Department of Pediatric Dentistry with your full name and PASS ID number in the memo and mailed to the Program Manager (address below) with other required information – a copy of current CV, a 2x2 photo and departmental waiver statement (available for download). "

The address is listed on that page as well but I think its actually near the top. You can always call and confirm with them too

Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) - received an email today (9/18) for interview. You can choose in person or virtual. Date options are Nov 6, Nov 13, and Dec 1 with optional social the night before if you’re coming in person.

was looking through the past year's posts, and it seems that the most common thing was one round of interviews, with the exceptions of some programs doing a few rounds of interviews
