Do you need to have all of your LORs submitted before your app is processed and sent off to the schools? My school's advisory won't be able to send it out until the end of august. Does this mean I won't be considered for interviews until then?

"Allow 2-4 weeks for processing of your application (longer if you submit a Residence Questionnaire). Processing will initially begin in June. We DO NOT wait for the receipt of all of your supporting documents to process your application. You have until November 1st to have all of your required documents to TMDSAS."

I that is a weird question. When I filled it out I hadn't decided on AMCAS schools, so I just put a couple. I ended up applying to a lot more. Should I email them to update that part? AMCAS schools can see who else you apply to, cant they?Tex10 said:

I am applying using the 2005 application and noted the requirement for Spring 2004 grades to be submitted in order for the application to be complete. This past year, I was enrolled in a Masters in Public Health program at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Having just returned and finishing up my thesis currently, my final grade point average for the program will not be able till at least October. This GPA will be comprised of coursework taken during the last year, final exams in June, and the thesis to be submitted this month. Given this predicament, I was wondering if I would still be able to apply this year for 2005 admission?
All of my coursework grades are available currently and can be obtained as an "unofficial transcript" since my final exam results and thesis are not available yet. However, of the 6 grades on this unofficial transcript, only the 4 highest grades will contribute to my final GPA.
Any suggestions or advice?

How can we check to see if our app has begun the verification process?
Do they need all the LORs to start this? or just the appropiate transcripts?

Looksl like people have heard back from UTH, San Antonio, A&M, UTMB, and TCOM so far. Its my understanding that UTSW is the last to send out invites (I'm not including Baylor)

Advice please - how do you format your answers to the research activities/work and volunteer experiences questions on TMDSAS? (#'s 34-38) Is there a certain way we're supposed to submit our answers like #43 and #44 (activities since high school where they actually tell you how to submit your info)?
I just got my summer grades back and had my school send an updated transcript to TMDSAS. Only thing, my app was processed yesterday and it says that they recieved the transcript today after my app had been sent out. So, will they send an updated application to the medical schools or just the new transcript, or nothing at all? Any thoughts?
