She's been misyeeted once after playing multiple games. How are you reading her currently?

I spent so long last game arguing that she's low-hanging fruit that I started to believe it, but you're right, she doesn't really qualify.

Sure, I can be counted on for helping misyeets. Doesn't mean I didn't sus you.

But I kept pointing out how you pinged me in posts, which is why I kept asking who was supposed to be responsible for reading you. Because certain players often read wolfy to me, like samac or you. And don't think I didn't notice when you decided to turn on me for an easy misyeet in the post where I said "this post is so much wolfy BS" which was sorta the last thing I said before I had to ghost thread until last min before I was yeeted.

It’s been belabored since I quoted this, but early game something has to happen for the game to start. If it’s salt and how people react to that salt it’s fine.

Fluff killed me. Bragged about it on thread as she went down. I’m allowed to have my salt.

Fluff definitely meets my definition of LHF.

I don't bother to put votes on people that there is too much traction against voting any more these days.

The salt vote trend has been bothering me for a while.

Plus, honestly I thought Dubz was salt voting True based on her second post after voting True, answering the question of why with a joke referencing a past game where True won. Referencing past games in a jokey way as a reason for D1 votes where there is little other reason to vote someone I took to be the definition of jokey salt (if not the only definition of a salt vote). I thought both you and Dubz on True D1 was a little much unless you really thought they were wolfing (hard to believe this early in game) or you both really thought the pressure was needed there to get an early read on them. But I really hadn't accounted for people being fooled by True last game. But True has pinged me as wolfy in most games I can recall playing with them, so I don't pretend to be great at correctly reading True, except that I expect to have little difficulty being convinced by others to vote there if they agree they seem wolfy. But I kind of forgot that while *I* might think in my head that TN is wolfy and have no issues voting there as needed, that others might struggle to see wolfiness there when it actually is there.

So what's the main takeaway from this post? I'm getting whiplash from seeing True shouldn't be pressured, to saying you often read him wrong, to saying you'll vote for him if others do, to saying he can't be wolfy this early on, to saying others misclear him.

Yeah I've been really working against that grain. One reason was that in 10th Ann and the last game I played, I found that the noobs were actually the most openminded players and I find that very refreshing. I had an old-timer anti-noob approach before but realized with so many old timers gone and struggling to fill a roster that an anti-noob attitude was really hurting the game. Don't get me wrong, I still miss the old toxicity, and players like LIS, DocE, MJ, the chaos and the butthole-ripping in the game. I wish we could still play somewhat like that and that the skin was thick enough for just a little of that some of the time from some people sometimes, but it's more important to me that we foster an environment that encourages a more than one-size playstyle. That would include "being mean" but I'll settle for not being mean myself in exchange for fostering some inclusion of noobs and other play styles. The noob class is actually probably our best chance at shaking things up. I hope that their inclusion also means some players return.

It was more in the game thread my melt down. I didn't mention that I almost threatened to quit WW but something WZ said talked me down from the ledge.

And here I am playing another game :heckyeah:

But don't worry kids, WW isn't really addicting or anything.

I will never understand being bothered by pressure (especially less than halfway into a cycle) if you have no read on the target. It looks like whiteknighting or worse.

Why all the focus on me and dubz though? I've heard almost nothing about samac who you voted.

My feelings on samac have changed but I haven't gotten around to doing anything about it

You do realize that between posts I'm responsible for another being's corporeal existence, right?

Mainly I’ve been more involved with fighting with you than anything else so I haven't had a chance to decide where to vote next

Well, I wouldn't know that because you didn't mention it. How are you feeling about samac now?

You can still talk to other people in between talking to me. I've been doing that with no issue.
 
I was just about to unyeet Samac, but then got the feeling maybe that's what AM wants. The paranoia was triggered by her claim I'm white knighting True, which I know isn't possible since I'm not a wolf. But there is a certain irony to being accused of white knighting by someone in the same breath they criticize your vote on someone else.

I'm going to sit tight for now.

The focus is because you and Dubz basically attacked me for saying I didn't see the point of/like the votes on True.

Which, I don't know the Aff of the 3 of you. Sure, TN could be a wolf. But it also occurred to me you and Dubz could be wolfing. The two of you on the same vote made me feel uncomfortable.

I walked that back a bit in light of Dubz' points, I no longer see the issue with her vote on True on terms of her explained rationale, however I agree with Visc it felt like she twisted my words. And it felt like you did as well. And if I wanted to decide your vote on True means little more than something that is part of a village agenda, being "misread" by you now is not really helping my read of you.

Would you and Dubz so boldly coordinate on True like this if you were wolfing together?

I'm upset and all the spare time I have has been going to responding. I'm glad you're not upset and have more time to spend on the game.

Because it's only a misread to find me sus if you're village. If you're wolf if it's not a misread but a fake misread. I'm like 40/60 right now on it being a true misread vs you're wolfing.

Could we not veer into personal attacks? I'm trying to evaluate this game and I can't do it by idling sitting until yeet close. I need interactions and I'll get them wherever I can.
