Yeah we are dumb noobs and have messed up, but having a cult and wolves makes me feel like we were tossed into the deep end of the pool not knowing how to swim

Nice! My morning consisted of delivering a baby, admitting 2 pts, and convincing a BPD pt to stay so we can treat the DKA that almost killed them a few days ago. I'm missing psych IP a little bit right now :-/.

Night 6

When he decided to attend the annual conference, naster convinced himself that he would be fine. It was only a few days, and anyway, his jelly addiction was under control. His friends could have told him that he was very wrong, but they weren't speaking to him at the time, as his obsession had driven everyone in his life away. It was just him and his quest for jelly, and he couldn't even see how lost he was.

Day 1 of the convention seemed to go alright, but by the time night fell he was itching for a sweet, sweet hit. He stumbled through the hotel each night, accosting random cartoons and begging them for relief. The withdrawals worsened until he was barely able to communicate. But on the fifth day, he finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel, a life free from his jelly chains. He rejoiced in song and in expressive color, knowing that with his newfound freedom he would also be able to help the other members of the It Takes A Village collective to eradicate the violent elements from among them.

But as he prepared a creative way to determine whether another cartoon was plotting murder, someone snuck into his room. Before he could react, he was beaten with a mallet, and bitten and scratched for good measure.

Dead is @Nasterzinger, Spongebob Squarepants, a villager who would be able to assign post restrictions if he survived 5 days of jellyfish jelly withdrawals

While naster lay bleeding, several sighs of frustration were heard in the hotel halls. Someone even kicked over a trashcan. Yikes.

Since I'm already on the chopping block. I laid out my defense for myself in detail yesterday and don't really have much more to add today. I felt like alleycat's defense seemed genuine, but I'm willing to be wrong (I was also very admittedly acting in self/village interest). My only new pieces of info are that I said I didn't think books was a wolf (and was right). I voted with Nas, who we now know was village (though looks like he didn't have any special info, so that doesn't confirm if we voted right at all). And last night I got hit with a mystery vapor that knocked me out, and the wolves still killed.

I should probably do some actually productive things instead of hang around sdn all day (though I probably will anyway lol), but all I can say is yeeting me would be a mistake for the village. I don't know how much more I can contribute beyond this today unless others have new info.

If I am understanding Samac's post from yesterday, are we closer to losing to the cult now? Since we eliminated 1 wolf, it is likely that 3 of them remain. For the wolves to win, there have to be 3 villagers left. The cult either has 1 member (whoever zepp recruited on night 2) or 5 members (zepp's recruitee, the odd night cult leader, and whoever they recruited on nights 1, 3, and 5). I just have no idea how we know for sure if there are 2 or 1 cult leaders.

If there is a cult leader that can recruit on odd nights, then they could have gotten somebody on nights 1, 3, and 5. For Zepp, since M935 died, I think she could have only recruited 1 person besides herself (on night 2).

I think Lumya is right here. The wolves know everyone who isn't a wolf, but I think the cult could only use Zepp's seer ability to figure out who is a wolf and who is a villager?? I am guessing that since Zepp was a seer, she could have figured out a wolf or 2, depending on who she visited. I am going to look more at her post history and who she was suspicious of.

But last night was night 6, so since Zepp was killed I don't think the cult could have recruited someone else? Unless regular cult members can recruit, and if that's the case we are in big trouble in terms of numbers. I think it is more likely it is a 3P of some kind.

Controversial opinion - we only win if we get out the wolves. Both cult and wolves are pushing for parity. So if the cults are ahead of the wolves thats something they need to worry about more than us.
