The more I reread the more I’m talking myself out of my wolf read on cubs. He feels weird, but not in the direction he has as a wolf. His play last night felt “sloppy” (not meaning to offend, can’t think of a better way to say it) and I expect him to push more to avoid that kind of spewing thoughts as a wolf. His wolf spew is usually emotional manipulation and jokes, whereas I feel like as a villager he is more likely to let himself stream-of-conciousness undeveloped thoughts on the game.

By sloppy play, are you piggybacking on samac's accusation that my vote choice/reasoning was poor? Or that my discussion of ties seemed like I really wanted a 4 person bloodbath? That I wasnt contributing anything at all? All of the above?

At least 3 non village, 3 wolves vs 3 wolves + 3P, need we consult the @Chaostrodon school of math? 3/14 = 21% meaning in scenario 1 a great chance a wolf is included, in scenario 2 almost 30% you get a non villager. Now yes, if those odds dont play youre at a severe disadvantage but youve also taken out the most sketchy players as the village is reading to that point which should quickly direct where the next vote goes.

This felt like a very sincere explanation for why you’d do it.
No “haha” or jokes other than let’s consult chaos.

It was a D1 4 way tie of people with 2 votes with an outstanding vote left. Did you honestly think it was going to end like that? I even said I would move to TME if it really got desperate. Then others who had weaker commitments to their votes started saying theyd move. Then out of nowhere the alley ambush reared its ugly head.

Yawn. I'll be on later to give some better explanations, but wasn't a fan of the few contributions from Vets. Alley pinged me early but didn't go there right away because I wanted to see her interact with more people. Switched to Alley because Samac said she saw a read and there's plenty of content and interactions with Alley to look back at.

I also didn't realize that Cray was on Alley when I voted for her, and that just feels kind of icky looking back.

What if all 4 leading wagons were village? And wolves were happy to be apart of us eating ourselves.
If it ended in a tie no skin off their backs.
Plus TME and I were around to move to break the tie to save ourselves.
The fact that the tie lasted until 5 minutes before yeet close feels weird and like the the wolves didn’t have to worry about protecting their own. I felt like I was playing chicken.

And genny is right, if this was the wolves’ strategy cubs wouldn’t haven’t drawn attention to it.

I don’t like staggs shakey, imo, logic on votes. Esp when that logic (for me) is based on me not participating, glass houses and all that

Bob im not sure. I’m not super great at reading him but I think I can give a slight village lean?

Visc I’ve wolfed with and I’m not seeing some of the behavior I associate w wolf visc, and I like contributions and logic so far so I’m village leaning

I don't know that anything makes them incompatible, but I also don't have samac in my immediate POE. I'd like to see how she handles today.
