sdsu seems like it has a great pre-health office. I'm not sure if they offer their services to those in open u, though, which is what I would've been. They conduct an interview and if you do well, provide a committee letter.
sfsu and sjsu have large post-bacc communities.
csulb has a pretty good science program (someone stated that on here?) with great classes, and a (seemingly active) pre-health advising office.
csu Hayward has a pre-health advisory office, but someone told me they mainly cater to nursing students. But they seem to have some great classes.
csu la may be okay, but people usually have problems with the administration.
csu Dominguez Hills is too small; they don't seem to have anything there in the way of the sciences or advising for pre-health. If you're thinking of going there, you might as well drive the extra miles to get to csulb. They're not taking post-baccs or 2nd baccs, anyway, so no skin off the teeth.
csuf has a pre-health office (I believe), but I'm not sure how active they are. They used to be VERY active, though. But they're not taking post-bacc people. You could still go through open u, though.
I don't know about any of the others.
