As an aside, there is absolutely zero guarantee that a PM role would be village. That role is equally split between wolf and village (if anything, might lean slightly more wolf based on the games I've played), and has equal utility as both affiliations. Shouldn't clear or condemn anyone.
 
On page 22 and trying to catch up now. Thought I'd be caught up by 7ish but my wife wanted help setting up our nursery since I got home a bit early. Will have a vote in time whether I'm completely caught up or not.

I had ISO'd Paws and found her posts to be worth looking at and getting opinions on. In bold: I'm obviously attempting to start a dialogue about my findings.

I worked really hard yesterday to keep up and to put out thoughts as i had them.

The moose babysitting vs packing was looking for an inconsistency, i thought maybe she had lied and then forgot her excuse

calling out bryndi today was because she had not posted in the game for like 36 hours but i saw that she was online several times when i was isoing individual people via profiles. i was sort of satisfied enough to not vote there becuase she gave a couple reads and a village lean and i didn;t really know what more to ask to pressure there.

I'm assuming you are asking if I'm trying to convert hunt on D3? The short answer, no. I just want to know if there's a possibility. If they came back village, then they can be crossed off the list (unless they become converted later by wolves of course) but they'll be set for now.
 
@Miranda Senft and whoever else:

I have no indication that the people I rezzed came back as villagers. However, I'm pretty sure I got seered last night, and my role is literally described as "benevolent" and "pure-hearted," and I would therefore be mildly pissed if the rezzes came back as anything other than village. I also only had 2 of them; it is not at all out of the ordinary for kaydubs to have a 2 shot village rezzer in her games.

And regardless, the more people ask about the rezzes' affiliation this early, the more I'm inclined to lynch them for pointless convert hunting. Deal with them later.

Lynch Jboo

I've talked about my feels for her before, starting with the "wolves hiding behind the thread" comments. I think her insistence that Dubz is sketch is interesting, considering all of her complaints are vague and she even contradicts herself re: Dubz's snark. I don't see a case being made that Dubz is playing "drastically different" than normal.

But if Dubz is so sketch, why is my Paws conversation so much worse? Why is

1.) Bringing attention to a player with an inconsistent posting history (digging for reads and not posting many herself)
2.) Compiling the posts I found odd in order to present my reads and look for other opinions
3.) Continuing to discuss these posts with Paws

so sketch?

I've never convert hunted. I assumed that was when you tunneled those guys? I just wanted to know if your role eliminated the possibility they came back as anything but villagers. I write in my spreadsheet what people are revealed as when they die and I'm assuming their roles are gone as that would be too obvious, but I don't know if they're still villager. Sorry, if that's convert hunting, my bad.

I hadn't looked at Jboo's more recent play since my last vote for her, so that's what I did. I thought her claims about Dubz are pretty soft and her calling out MOOSE for having "too many" D1 reads was really strange.

Ok. I don't remember talking about the silencer. I haven't actually gotten to that part of the thread yet, so unless it was a response to something, I don't know what you are talking about.

But yes, I agree it could be wolf or village. Either way, I don't have that ability so I can't help you get a read on it.

I have no problem with examining people. It’s the name of the game. The timing of it though made it stick out more. It was posted close to 9pm last night.

I posted it at 5:54 pm my time, which was over a full hour before lynch closed (7 pm my time). Why was that odd?

I wouldn't go that far at all. Wolves will vote each other D1 if there's a spread, just because people often assume they won't. They also won't because of what I just said. *That* is an example of WIFOM and should be avoided.

That said, WZ pointed out that she thinks that Elf having a mentor likely means she is not in a wolf pack. I have mixed feelings about that, it's unfortunate if that is true, because that sorta gimme not only sucks in the game, but if she comes off too village can get her killed. My other mixed feelings on this is 2/2 WZ pointing this out on thread. That can be wolfy. Yes, I'm pointing this out now, but now I'm not the first so it's hardly damage done on my part. It's a fair point from WZ, but still.

Whoa seems like yesterday you were pretty new, where did you get this clever idea? I only learned this sorta thing from wiki, open thread, PM, or.... wolf pack. I side eye noobs that seem too smart for a noob. Sorta backwards compliment, I guess.
 
I stopped on page 9 and jumped to current (page 25 or 26) so I could participate in end of day. I am trying to figure out where to move since genny seems to be vouching for moose.

I can see some of the jboo stuff so that is tempting.

PBCs defense feels off, but I don't know if that is just because it is still tentative.

DVMD, I am willing to let simmer for now since I can't figure out how to read her guess on me as silencer?

Is MJ still just overwhelmed with internship? Who else is too quiet? (I will try to get a basic spreadsheet going tonight so I don't need to ask dumb questions too often)
