If it's genny/Vis, who would we prioritize? They basically have to be either V/V or W/W, unless Dubz and KD decided to be ultra-bastardly.

Vis is literally only compatible with genny per my compatibility list so the soft alone doesn't clear since whether they're lying or not about about being masons, it's true that they are connected AND clear to each other.

Okay, then it's time to case them and work to help the rest of us see that.

For genny, there is no mechanical evidence that she isn't a wolf. She also has been on the wagon of both misyeets this game (PSV and Alissa). We have all been tone-reading her as village, likely due to the fact that she had more time to dedicate to the game. She even pointed that out earlier this game, that we village read her based on her activity levels.

For Vis, I have talked a lot about her the last few days, especially noting how her vote for me on D1 didn't make any sense, especially with the flip-flopping of her voting then changing her mind and getting off my wagon and onto PSV's. To her, it probably didn't matter which person went down, since she knew that both people up for yeet were village. Her confusion over the wagons on D2 (specifically thinking that I was a wagon when I didn't have any votes) makes more sense now, because obviously nobody was voting for genny, so why should she pay close attention to the wagons? Her "push" on me yesterday was just compiling every post that mentions me and including a few lines of commentary on how I could be wolfing with AM. She still has not given legitimately solid reasoning for her vote on me, except a vague comment about my disagreement with PSV on D1 being a strawman.


As to why they are claiming masons now? Because we are in mylo and they see the perfect opportunity to stomp to a wolf win. This would be a genius way to win, and props to them for almost making it the whole game without us suspecting a thing.

I don't have a PM with anyone. None of their "softs" have specifically mentioned being masons, just defending each other. And genny defended you just like she did Vis, so I don't see how those defense posts point directly to them being masons without a doubt. And with the whole confusion over Vis being 100% certain they are masons, I could see that as being cover for when one of them flipped wolf and trying to not take down their packmate if we discovered one of them was a wolf. The 99.9% post was Vis giving their claim wiggle room if we didn't believe them.

Just for reference, this is when she was misyeeted in the Supernatural game. The circumstances are fairly different (D1 with a good PR that she was excited to use, on vacation, much larger group piling on her), but I thought it would be good to at least read over.

Not sure if reading it helped me, I baby-modded that game and remember it weirdly.

I know it’s not in the spirit of the game to not engage here, and sorry about that, but I’ve already said what I said and I have no interest in headbutting any more brick walls. I don’t keep track of where the tally is throughout the day, I just look at where it is currently. I “saw” it was 2:2 alley:alissa and then a few hours before vote close I saw it was between alissa and Barks.

I’m not great at reading you in general, but in previous games I’ve been able to find when you’re wolfing in endgame, so I think I feel better about you from that angle. I also think Barks probably makes more sense mechanically, although I’m not as convinced as you are that it’s lock impossible for there to be both masons and a village protector in this context.

There's a chance there are conditions/limits on abilities that people haven't shared on thread. I'm not ruling out wolves based on the feeling of there being too many village PRs.

Dubz and KD could be trying something weird. They haven't laid out their specific mechanical vision for this game.

Refusing to engage is only beneficial to the wolves. They are the ones who will thrive on confusion and unanswered questions.

I just feel very mixed about everyone, is the problem. I think there have also been some small pings here and there colouring my read but I’m not good at remembering those details.

On PSV:
- we thought genny was voting PSV (I thought I saw AM saying she was? I might have misread at the time)
- PSV posted reads with genny at the top and AM, alley, and me, people suspicious of her, near the bottom. She acknowledged that feeling instinctively suspicious of people pushing her might be biasing her reads
- you said “wow you really think it’s pro-village to automatically scumread people suspicious of you? This is retaliatory and super suspicious.”
- you also said “wow why is genny at the top if she’s voting for you, why is she different from the other people suspicious of you? This is sus”
- the answer to the above is imo obvious: sometimes the way people push you feels villagey and sometimes it feels like it’s in bad faith. Interactions with people pushing you can be very revealing, so it’s not at all sus for people to take them into account when making reads, ESPECIALLY if you acknowledge that you might be biased to feel suspicious of people voting you. Having some people voting you at the top of your reads and some at the bottom is evidence AGAINST someone being automatically retaliatory or trying to bully people away from voting you
- so your reasonings are both individually sus to me and are 100% contradictory

Also the way you’ve seemed to be intentionally disingenuous with missing the reason I find your reasoning sus, despite me already explaining at least once that it was based on understanding that you thought genny was voting for her (I had the same misunderstanding, but that’s irrelevant to my evaluation of your reasoning) is another thing about it that’s pinging me.

Relying on extremely bad luck (i.e. village has to throw all the time) for a game to be winnable for wolves doesn't seem like their wheelhouse. Even continuous death would not stop this collection of PRs from breaking the game.

I don’t think we are going to see eye to eye on the PSV discussion. I understand that you think my argument with her is wolfy, and I disagree. Obviously I know my affiliation so I am going to be biased and from my perspective, her wolf reading AM and her voting for me just because I questioned her was sus as heck.

You’re right that the genny comparison wasn’t a good one to make (especially since genny wasn’t even voting for her in the end), but I still believe that when people only suspect people that are disagreeing with them, it’s not good village play. That’s not completely what PSV was doing, but it felt that way to me in the moment.

Is my disagreement with PSV and the ensuing confusion over that the only reason you’re voting for me? Because if not, I would appreciate you explaining what else I’ve done that’s made you vote for me.

After several hours of my brain percolating, I will state the obvious and say that the wolves are either specifically genny-Vis or Barks-Alley.

There's just no way the AM I've seen today is wolfing, on top of all of the issues that would come with pairing her with each of you. Just no way.
