I have friends at both schools. To be honest I would try to find which philosophy better aligns with your own: MD or DO. Thats obviously the biggest difference.

Go NEOMED, hands down. They are a well established MD program. Rootstown kind of sucks but you'll only be there for two years. You have the possibility of matching into any speciality from NEOMED, even MD Derm, ortho, neurosurg, ENT. It keeps options open, unless you for sure don't want any of those.
