There's a WW in Michigan Game Thread

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Yes. That's my inclination at least considering the info I learned about dy.

What "wolfy things" was she seen doing? This question is serious because I too often see newer players confuse what is and isn't wolfy. Blocking, for example, can be either. Making items can be either. Etc, etc.

I feel like kcoughli is up to something but I don't know what.
KC is slightly pinging as chaos for me right now; I would like to see how dy flips and then revisit.

However, I'm not sure how I feel about your reads either. A noob PM partner is quiet? Explain to me why that is sketchy?

Also, thanks for just telegraphing that you have info but that sharing it would be a risk to you. Way to make the protector split their targets.

(And clearly they are confused already, so this is the part where I explicitly say: protector, please protect people who indicate they have a role).

Um, no. I don’t need protection PLEASE don’t read it that way. I just don’t want to muse on open thread.
And most nibs ask questions of an experienced player. Maybe they are asking someone else.

Did you see my prior response? I am trying to work through the evidence in my head and decide whether it actually points to Mel being wolfy. I had a village read on him prior to when I was killed, so I wanted to hear his defense first. I'm still not satisfied with his explanation of why he was lying about knowing my role.

Again - I stopped posting because it was after 2am and I wanted to think through things a little more carefully today after I had like, coffee and stuff.
Yup, you ninja'd me

Take it up with the mods. I didn't make the game. And it's not unlimited?
Oh excuse me, unlimited in the sense that it is not 1x or 2x, but instead is like 6-8x depending on how long the game goes.

Why would you shoot someone so early in the first place? I am assuming you are not forced to shoot; your odds are much greater of taking out a villager early on.

Well, see, I've actually looked at the stats and vigs can be as useful or more useful than seers in clearing out suspects. Hence me trying to shoot coop. A friend did the math and it was a higher win percentage with a vig than with a seer.

Why shouldn't I shoot?

Where are those stats?

Because I have seen them have a historically abysmal success rate.

I am suspicious of Mel, Snowy, dy, KC, and finally, now Pippy and Cowgirl.

The way Pippy is acting, and backing off of Mel, makes me wonder if she was rezz'd as something other than village. We'll see if the rezzer comes forward as the day goes on.

Cowgirl I had as village from PMs, but if she shared even the limited info she had from Pip to a wolf pack PM, that might have been more than enough of a clue for them to know she had a power role and should be taken out.

OTOH, not sure she would know to manufacture how many wolves are left as a made up move for village cred, but they could have coached her. Not trying to throw her under the bus, and possibly both Mel and her are village and the wolves targeted Pippy from the thread clue Mel threw out there.

Lol cray you are suspicious of me because I am putting pressure on you. Let's call a spade a spade here, please

Well in games with a seer, the win percentage is like 5% lower than in games with a decent vig. Clearing out your pool of suspects is very useful

I'm sorry your personal experience says otherwise. I'll try and bug my friend for his work if I see him on discord

Could you organize these into a list again? Because I believe suspicion of some should cancel out another.

Kinda seems to me that you're jumping on the Mel bandwagon to avoid suspicion. Mel was also suspicious of you at the very beginning of the game, so maybe soft retaliatory vote?
Uh no? I'm not avoiding any suspicion. Are you even until the same thread as I am?

You came back and told us he was lying...

I like how dy suddenly popped up on her list of reads when all of early game she was like "dy's posts make sense to me"

I said the fact she found your defense of Staff suspicious but not Allie of Greeny to make sense. I also said I thought she was being aggressive, and if you look at my table of reads long ago she was at the top of my wolfy list.

You would think. I have no problem doing that again. I usually have a hard time using higher suspicion of one player to cancel out suspicion of another, as I think I use a different type of "logic."

I will go and pull the quotes where you said the opposite of this if you decide to press the point. You're flipflopping like a seal right now (it's cute 🙂 )

Besides, as a wolf I was very careful to stay consistent with my "suspicions", and if I moved them I tried to give what I thought were very good reasons to do so. Never mind that people find waffling wolfy, which hardly makes sense since wolves know exactly what they are doing. Maybe that's a favored way for them to "hide," I dunno.

I have no fear of contradicting myself and coming off wolfy because I'm not a wolf.

WIFOM, I know.

Hardly. You put pressure on me in past posts and I said nothing. You backing off of Mel is what is doing it for me, mostly.

Here is a question for both of you: if I was a wolf AND Mel was a wolf, why would I come back and say that Mel was lying about our PMs, and then not vote for him? That logic does not make any sense whichever way you spin it.

Even before the question of Pippy's role after rez, I still think both Mel and dy are good options to go for today. Mel wasn't on my radar until the switch off of allie at the last minute. Twas weird. And dy I was always weirded out by.

Totally down for a tie between those two today as well.

Wait what the heck? I don't think you're a wolf? Why am I getting lumped into this?

I think you need to actually read what people are writing instead of making assumptions

Regardless of everyone’s feelings about dy Ihave to agree with her on this one.
This is turning into the thread of butt hurt rather than data

Normally I would be ok with a tie in this situation, but knowing that staff was a villager makes me think it was maybe more likely game mechanics that allowed him to not die in the tie with greenie. So, we'd be leaving it up to chance.

I'm sorry, do you not like people questioning others on what they say?
What the heck is this conversation even?

Like you keep going from one thing to another. Would you actually reread stuff so that you're not assuming I said something I didn't?
