I took the TPR course. It is really rigorous and if you do all the work assigned you really won't have time to do other materials. The class comes with an extraordinary amount of work to do. Both required for the money back guarantee and extra work to do on your own. The course was good imo, but at the end of the day the material sent out by the AAMC is the best. If you have the money TPR is not bad though.
