FWIW, I got my interview e-mail on day 1 also, so maybe the pattern is the same for decisions...

Got accepted!!! Driving to Tahoe through a snowstorm, and got the email when I checked my phone. Went running/screaming through the snow in the parking lot while my friend watched me, convinced I'd finally gone from neurotic to cracked :laugh:

Definitely hasn't completly sunk in yet. I VOLUNTEERED to be back to work tonight just so I could have access to internet and see who else got in!!!!!!!!!!

BTW - I do NOT have access to facebook at work (it's blocked) and I rarely get to use the internet while not at work. If someone knew my e-mail address, can I be added to the UCD 2015 page?????? Otherwise I'll have to wait until this weekend (the horror.....) or maybe I'll crash a coffee shop tomorrow. 🙂

The email said it arrived at 2:06, but it definitely didn't show up in my inbox until closer to 3pm, of this I am sure, as I was refreshing every 5 minutes.

Last name S and interviewed on the first day, but all my pre-reqs are done, so maybe they're just taking a few extra days to make the personalized acceptance letters for that. I'm so excited!!! I have to make a decision now, but who are we kidding I'm pretty sure I know where this one is leading. 🙂

Yeah my interview was on 3/1 at 1 o'clock. Were you the guy waiting there when I came out?

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who got into Davis for class of 2015!!!!!!
I am a current 2nd year (will be 3rd year next year) and will be staying in the house I am in - it is a 3Br/2Ba. I am looking for 2 roommates for next year - Guys or Girls, doesn't matter 🙂 just friendly and easy going. I'm very allergic to cats, but I have a dog and the landlord is okay with having dogs (there was no pet fee this year). There is a fenced in yard and 1 dog that will be living there so far. She is a 3yo medium-sized, very friendly dog. She isn't high energy, just very affectionate.

...and to those still waiting, don't worry. My year ~80% of people heard back on the Friday and the other ~20% heard back on that Monday-Wednesday. Given that it isn't like they have that many people give up their spot by 5pm on Friday and Monday, I think they just space it out for some of them because it overloads their system otherwise. I got in early the 2nd week, so no news yet doesn't mean bad news 🙂

I barely slept last night - I just kept tossing and turning in excitement. I worked SO hard this year to make my application competitive and I'm so happy that my hard work was worth it!Now for 4 months of relaxing and enjoying life as much as possible before the craziness begins!!

Apparently, the link is broken for the white coat sizing. So to help you, I normally wear a medium in shirts and such, but the coats run large!! I ordered a small last year and that definitely fits but I always wonder if I should of ordered an extra-small. They are unisex sizes so think about the size you would wear if you were a man. =)

Can't wait for everyone else to hear!

Good point!! White coats run HUGE!! I am usually a medium in normal clothes and the small white coat is a little big on me. I'd recommend going at least one size down when you order it from your usual size.
 
Ok good because I ordered a small white coat, but I am also 5'8" so I was a little worried. Hopefully it fits!

Cool! I'm so glad we both got in! Yeah my mind was racing afterwards, as I'm sure it was for everyone else too. Now two more people get to go to Ohio right? 🙂

BTW - I'm usually a small on top and a medium on the bottom (I got booty....) so I ordered a small. Hopefully it fits!!!!! Did someone say that you could exchange it if it's just way too big?

Saw another UCD accept on the "successful aplicants" thread post their stats, but no post here. So yet another SDNer is in!

Yeah, did the Fasfa in February. Probably getting a fat load of nothing because of my income last year. Nevermind that I will be QUITTING the job to go to school and will NOT HAVE THAT job. *sigh*. Thank goodenss for boyfriends that agree to basically finacially support you while you are a leech in their home. So hopefully no living expense loans for now - just tuition (although that's still oing to be 130K+ at davis).

I don't think any of the other FA stuff can be done 'til we get our ID numbers. Did you see that if you were a former UCD student you get your old ID # back? Awesome!
