I know thats a silly thing to say,because of course you'll stress until you hear, but try not to operate heavy machinery or anything while distracted.

YIPPEEE!!! I was so excited when I was told acceptances were going to start today. I was at the barn with horsey and just dying to come tell ya'll! 🙂

OK - so for my folks who HAVEN'T heard: official word is that acceptances will go out through next Monday and folks who are still working on pre-reqs will be closer to the end of the stack.....there is no rank or alphabetizing.

NOW. Continue panicking. I'm enjoying watching it. 🙂

ME: you should get on SDN. acceptances are going out and it fun to watch
HER :i am
i was considering writing something
but that would go against my nature
you can say it though.....
Say that one of your friends read SDN and waited and waited
and she was on the east coast

ME: POST YOURSELF

HER: and 2 hours after everyone eventually heard, she had not

ME: lmao, YOU POST!


HER: and so she went home and cried and slept

ME: and then??

HER: and 7 HOURS after everyone else heard and she had given up hope
she got an email with her acceptance
not sure why that happened but the point is- don't give up hope
and then she chose davis

ME: *sigh*

HER: great story though, right?
now you have to tell them

ME: I'm posting our entire conversation. I think they will be amused

HER: NOOOOOOO!


and now she hates me.

Thank you everyone! I called everyone pronto upon news. I even called work and told them I won't have to become a stripper! I am so extremely happy/excited/honored. I'm seeing so many dancing emoticons, it's making my head spin! I love you all.

And I will make breakfast for the entire world as long as someone will come and pinch me, because I still think I'm asleep. I think we are going to have a terrific class. Fingers crossed for those still waiting.
