For US MD schools, absolutely not! A 517 overall plus every score is above 125, I'd say that puts you in a good position.
For Canadian MD schools, I know they are a little bit more strict with CARS so I'll defer to someone else who knows more about Canadian schools.

Definitely retake...but only retake when you're scoring above a 132 on each section of your practice exams.
