Has anyone talked with Iowa post-interview to find out when the sub-committees and admissions committee will start meeting? Do you think if we called, they would tell us whether the sub-committee put us in the rolling pool or the final pool? Any other news from Iowa? I really hate the waiting game.

First of all, keep in mind that according to the "traffic rules," they can't even notify anyone of acceptance until October 15 (which is still over two weeks away). Secondly, if you interviewed early (like me), I got the feeling that if you got placed in the rolling pool/accepted you would hear around that date, but otherwise would not hear at all until March. I guess you could call to see which pool you have been placed in, but I'd wait at least a week after the 15th before doing so. You may hate the waiting game, but you're just going to have to wait nonetheless. Hope that helps.
