More fun stuff, if you're looking to tour the area, you can buy a day pass for the light rail for just a few dollars and it goes all the way to the mall of America!
Last year highs were low 30s. By the end of my weekend it actually felt kind of warm because it's sunny and you adapt quick.Usually below freezing...some quick online research shows an average high of 25-28 F and average low of 10-13 F. I'll be coming from the Northeast but even we don't often get temps this low lol
The biggest thing is having good shoes (sidewalks are slippery), a scarf (your face will hurt) and good gloves, plus consider hand warmers.
Final tip is while in MN eat tots. Yes you can get Wisconsin cheese there too.
