I saw the campus last May, but I didn't like go in. The area is nice though.

They must wait for people to accept because a lot of people use USA as a back up school and decline when they get a space?

Not exactly sure. I just hope we hear back by the end of this week. Even if we are rejected, i'd rather hear something than nothing.

OK they rent out space from the University of Phoenix...they are looking for a space of their own to move in to. I believe it is very small for now.
But honestly it is the education that matters!

Oh. I didn't know that. I thought that was their building. But hopefully we all hear back soon because this is causing anxiety.

I interviewed 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything, trust me the anxiety does not go away after your interview hahaha, good luck!
 
i got a reply to a question I asked a 2 weeks ago and she got back to me today. But still said they are still deciding in the next few weeks.
 
Has anyone heard anything back from the Austin campus regarding the full time program in the fall?

Sure!
Cumulative: 3.53 with about a 3.7/3.8 trend
Prerequisite: 3.6ish
GRE: 309
Volunteer hours: ~ 150

Also a NASM certified personal trainer for the past year!

I hear ya...I feel like if we don't hear anything by the end of this week it's a rejection.

I already feel it is a rejection.
And I also feel they do make their selection on a first come first serve basis and they keep late submissions just incase they can't fill their places...I don't know.
I suppose I am trying to prepare myself.
But on the bright side I haven't heard anyone from jan 30 submission had an interview yet. So let's see.

I actually read on another thread that someone was told to move their app to the fall start date because apparently st Augustine is still accepting students? This was said this past Thursday. So there is still hope

Accepting applications right?
They probably will add another interview date after March 24th.
I don't know what to think anymore..so will stop over analyzing.
If they still want more applications I feel it is almost like the ones they have aren't good enough or something ...either that or they are just really really delayed

I think they have started the interview process for Austin full time Fall. I interviewed there on Friday for the summer cohort and there were people there interviewing for both Fall & Summer. I'm sure there will be more dates to follow because they only interviewed about 55-60 applicants that day.

I know they started interviews for fall flex, but I don't think fall full time has started.

No one was there for flex. Everyone was interviewing for full time. They said it was split 50/50 for summer and fall.

Good point...honestly have no idea.
 
I've called the admissions specialist and she finally got up with me last week. I applied for full time DPT at St Aug and she told me that they don't view applications in a specific order. She told me my application hasn't been reviewed yet and that I should hear something at the first of this month regarding a decision. My app was submitted before the deadline and i didn't have to send any additional documents in for viewing. I'm getting anxious and I know the majority of people haven't heard yet. Hopefully we will hear good news soon.

Congratulations! I am still waiting to hear back. You are the only one that I see on here that has applied to the flex program fall 2017, so may I ask you what your stats are? I have been harassing Erin every two weeks but she says the same thing every time "You should hear back within the next two weeks." I submitted my application way early so I know that won't impact it. I'm just wondering what the hold up is.

I've been following this thread for a while but this is my first post. I received an invite for an interview at the St. Aug campus for full-time this upcoming fall. I was notified a few weeks ago. To others who have been invited, what information have you heard about the interview process besides what they informed us on? Any links to good threads to read for this information? To those who have not been invited yet, best of luck to you all as I've heard they are still sending out invites.

my pre req is 3.4
overall is 3.4
last 45 hours is 3.48
363 observation hours
GRE is 309

I've posted my stats on this thread already. If you look back you can find them. I'm not sure if you can request to move your application to an earlier term. I was contacted by an advisor asking if I was interested in doing so.
 
Hey! Has anyone heard from St. Aug regarding Austin for fall 2017 (full time)? I think I saw maybe one person say they got an interview but getting worried bc i still haven't heard back! I submitted my application on 11/21/16 and also put the St. Augustine campus as a second choice.
My PTCAS stats are:
cGPA: 3.58
pGPA: 3.38 (probably higher for St. Aug since they don't add in labs)
GRE: 299, 3
GRE: 297, 4
I also have 160 outpatient hours and a good amount of extracurriculars.
I could improve my application quite a bit (and have plans to do this if I don't get in this time around)! Anyone have any friends they may have got accepted and know their stats! Thanks for all your help!
