Hi! I spoke to an advisor at LSU and asked her thoughts about this. She said one key detail is to not over explain or get too detailed. Admissions boards understand what veterinary experience means. For example, if you do the lab work in your clinic, that's great! You can say that but don't list out "I do the CBC, the chemistry, the ear cytologies, the fecals, etc." they KNOW. Keep it broad and highlight what stood out to you, what did you get out of the experience. I stuck to paragraph form personally. Even for non-veterinary experiences, keep it pretty broad and just focus on highlighting how that experience makes you a better applicant. Use it to make yourself sound good! Granted, this is the advice of one singular advisor but I really liked it.
