Thank you so much for sharing! If you're comfortable answering this, did any of the questions require reading a prompt in a limited amount of time? I do have accommodations, so I was able to get extra time to read prompts for a different school's MMI and it helped a ton. I totally understand if that's too specific of a question! I’m just wondering if that's something I should be reaching out to them about or if it'a not going to be an issue.
Yes, the structure is a typical MMI format of X minutes to read + X minutes to answer 🙂. They had us rotating through rooms right behind each other as well, so I would reach out to the school as soon as possible to make sure they can accommodate!

If it makes you feel any better, I got distracted by my own floating head last year and ended up staring at myself during a full response, not towards the camera, and it all worked out still. 🤣
Im thinking later since break just finished but I still find myself refreshing anyways, this is the last school i need to hear from 🤣

I was initially waitlisted, but I got invited for an interview right before Christmas.

Two cycles ago, I interviewed with VA-MD through Kira. I’m in state, but everyone interviewed virtually that cycle. I also interviewed with Arizona this cycle, and if VA-MD is still using the same format, it’s pretty similar to the Arizona layout. The biggest difference is instead of going into “rooms” with live people after hearing/reading the recorded prompt, you just record yourself talking to a blank screen. I liked that Arizona had actual people in each of the rooms to interact with instead of talking to myself and hoping for the best.
Yes, they give you scratch paper and a pen/pencil, which you turn in at the end 🙂

All of the above! but don't try to over- practice either; they want to learn who you are as a person, rather than hear rehearsed answers 🙂
