Is the Gif you posted supposed to be a not-so-subtle hint as to who you are? Or did you just post it because it says "I'm innocent"? I only ask because I may have reverse image searched it and it comes up as "Evan Peters, an American actor and frequent member of the American Horror Story ensemble. He has played the ghost of a troubled and murderous teenager, a man who is framed as a serial killer, a university student whose romantic involvement with a witch changes the course of his life, and a rebellious human oddity." I honestly haven't seen that show and don't really know if that's where the image is from, but I'm not gonna lie, that sounds like an agent of chaos to me...

That being said, I'm definitely not ready to lynch you for it. I agree that the quiet people need to start participating before we can really tell.

princessbuttercup/PBC - similarly, has only made a few posts so far but they pretty much all had to do with incriminating someone (tried to direct suspicion onto LadyOtheFarm immediately)...seems like something a wolf would want to do, try to turn us against a fellow (assumed) non-wolf 😉

Yes, everything I've posted was about Lady. Just ignore my stepmother theory. 🙁

I don't like lynch voting without having a reason. Lady had some posts that seemed suspicious, I brought those up as my reasoning for my vote.
 
I'm banging my head against a wall right now. Just ignore my incomplete comment before the reply - I was musing about whether the game would be more simple, because we're all noobs and we'll probably make things more complicated then they need to be anyway. But then I decided not to continue with that thought. Sadness, no editing.

I don't like starting with a lynch either 🙁 I don't want to start out of the gate with lynching a fellow villager. I'm most suspicious at this point of the people who haven't commented (and some of them have "liked" posts so they have seen the thread). Perhaps they are waiting for advice from their mentor on how to not sound like a wolf?

With all the conversations here about planning to lynch inactive players, that seems like a risky strategy, to wait to comment if you've been around and keeping up with posts.

But then again, in the games I've seen, there are several players who don't check in for a lynch. They're not always wolves.

That's true too. That's why I'm waiting until later tonight to put in any sort of lynch vote to see if anyone else chimes in or we find out something new 🙂

I'm currently inventing a lovely object that makes wolves abundantly shed, so that I can easily determine who should be lynched first. However, while I'm working through the kinks, and because I tend to get easily distracted, I would like to add my vote.

Alright, I slept my allotted 5 hours. Seriously, there are still votes for me? Every time I voted for someone, I gave a reason and what I think was sound logic from the information I had.

I have also been trying to get people talking so that people say enough to figure out who is innocent and who isn't. I tried to help figure out who the goodies and baddies were and have been anything but subtle about showing how my character is good.

I promised to be fun and helpful. But I can't do either if you lynch me out of misguided logic.
PBC says she wants to lynch me for baseless accusations. Reread my posts. I give a reason every time and I say that I will switch when I have a better choice. No, baseless accusations.
Katashark lynched me in retaliation for chosing her after I, yes, Googled a quote and found it misattributed to the best bad guy for the game. (The childcatcher and we are all children... seriously?) She reacted angrily and then redacted the emotion but not the vote. The newest guess for her character is kiki.

Then we have kaiter. I will have to read back and see if I can find a motive. I don't remember a logical one. I think it had something to do with "o crap she's looking for wolves, let's get her cause it must mean she's a wolf." Does that mean all the villagers are "wolves?" Because the only ones not looking would be the wolves.

And thus ends my wrap up post for the am. I'll come back in a bit and see what I can figure out. Maybe I will find a better place for my vote. And it will likely be a non poster. I don't trust the quiet...

I dont know how to feel about LotF. She speaks logically. If a true villager this is good. But might a wolf do the same thing and secretly attempt to mislead us all?

Still waiting to see if the predicted fourth from my story makes an appearance. Predicted of course because none of us current 3 have fully admitted our role.
 
I wish we didn't have to lynch right away because I feel bad! But if that's the nature of the game... I still love you all!

I personally believe as of now that Lady is a villager. Based off of how she has been on other threads, she is always eager to post and excited in general. If she was a wolf I think she would be significantly quieter and more nervous. So far, she's in the clear for me.

I do agree that quiet people are raising some flags for me. 1 the game will be significantly less fun and more difficult if we keep people around who don't post. 2 I feel like initially wolves are going to be quieter before they come up with a strategy.

I'm also slightly suspicious of people who are completely revealing their role with nobody accusing them or asking for it. I feel like a wolf could easily make one up and just throw it out there to make themselves innocent. Finally, I have some suspicious feelings towards those that react very aggressively towards accusations.

That's all for now. I'm leaning away from my Caiter lynch but I don't have another name to throw out yet.
 
Honestly though, first round seems like one big **** show initially and it's basically the blind leading the blind. So any feels I'm getting right now seem kind of arbitrary.

I do think its weird that some people are so willing to reveal their roles. I alluded to mine only because I thought I may jave found my partners. Even then none of us have explicitly revealed ourselves or what story we come from.

Why so eager people? Are you covering something?

Exactly. I partially revealed because i was being accused and told to defend myself.... But some people are completely throwing them out for no reason. I need to go back and read through some of it again though...
 
I hinted at my role, then was accused, and subsequently, I defended. I want to stay in the game and not be lynched, that's why I got angry. Also because posts weren't read thoroughly. Can lynch votes be redacted? Is that allowed? If no one reveals or hints at their roles, then how do we play? We are eager because it's our first time playing. How does that make us suspicious?
 
Also, I don't think we should lynch people who haven't been able to respond. It's more likely that they are just busy and can't check the thread. So i think we should wait on those silent ones. Especially since they can't defend themselves.

To unlynch someone you simply need to bold the word unlynch and the persons name you are unlynching. In the same action, you may bold who you want to lynch right after or elect not to lynch anyone again at that point

My suspicions were not baseless, and they were not about your voting history, as you seen to imply here. They were about the inconsistent way you spoke about your role, and how you seemed to backtrack when someone suggested if you were Tom, you might have a mischievous role like he did in the story. Then you said 'no I'm the kid' which was vague and caused me to be suspicious.

For now, I'll stick with my vote.

Sorry guys! I had a physics test this morning and put all of time into studying. It went well, in case you were wondering. I plan to sleep like a baby, as I should, later.

I'm not sure what were basing these lynches on, but I might as well vote to lynch caiter92.

My frame of mind is super simple, I guess.

I don't know, @rockatiel liked that I said we shouldn't lynch when people can't defend. And @rockatiel hasn't commented on other threads either, and so is probably just really busy and maybe time only allows for quick reading threads/liking. I don't know though

People have mostly just been voting for caiter because they're number 13 on the roster - lucky and all that. Did anyone have another reason for their vote?
 
I didn't mean to reveal but apparently talked too much and got attacked. As far as backtracking, is it really backtracking if someone decides you are a muppet, you said you like green, you must be Kermit and since in this hypothetical game all frogs are evil.... when you are actually Miss Piggy? I can't help that you read the thread and guessed wrong. I also told you I didn't want to reveal, hence the I'm the kid. Between Tom and Huck, who does that say I am? I get to feel slightly better at that point for having not outright said my name. I am completely consistent. The accusation of backtracking makes no sense.

I was all excited to give hints through the game like "hanging out with Jim," "floating down the river," and something about how wearing a dress doesn't teach you how to thread the needle. I still have a pile of quotes to use.

I already stated on this thread and others that SDN is my distraction. I am using it!

Im also using this as a distraction from checking all my portals. I only lynched you because you lynched me. I don't have any other reason, so I redacted.

Thanks @rockatiel 🙂 Glad the physics test went well!

I'd still like to hear from the other quiet ones. Either because they are hiding something by not talking or merely because it's boring having players not participate.
