Wwar of Three WWorlds- Game Thread

I agree with that assessment, it's what makes me uneasy about her moving. Also, I can think of maybe 1 role that would be useful to switch from an area with known wolves to an area that we don't even know if there are wolves to "use her ability." And I would have expected to hear results already with that type of role.

************lynch amgoose********

Believe it or not, this time I am not riding you to say more if you think it's better not to.

But that said, I'm not seeing the obvious - what role would that be?

If you think it's better not to say, that's fine; it's not likely to impact my vote (unless there's more interesting stuff in the remainder of the posts for the day). I'm just drawing a blank on what role ability that might be.

So mad jack, FFM, Jilary, and LIS. Realistically (or rather statistically) two of them should be mechs, one a wolf.

What sucks is that 3/4 has ghosted the whole game. Which MJ totally has done before as a wolf. It's more out of character for Jilary when not in classes. FFM is never talkative unless he disagrees with something of the mods. Frustrating that it's this group of players we get to narrow down between.

*******unlynch goose, lynch mad jack*******

@Mad Jack I would love it if you could not use the "lack of role" as an excuse for you to never have to talk.

I know you're accusing me specifically/directly, but I have no reason to hide my planet origin. I'm Hatari / Animoid.

Now that her role has come out, it would be the wolf checker role by group. I have put it in a couple to handful of games where they can check the total number of wolves in a group every like 3-4 days or 2x total.

Actually you were on the bottom of my suspicion list (at least for the mech person). You just had the misfortune e of being in the wrong location

If she had to rotate, it makes me wonder if there are two other villager PR players with protect/block/seer and block/seer/protect.....

That sounds a bit over-powered. Three seers at one time?

I don't think that's true, let me look back at what lupin said

FWIW, I interpreted it as the WZ, Jilary, etc. did. That a wolf could potentially kill, then move. Or move, then kill. Or stay and kill. Or opt to kill a target they thought were moving to the planet they were on. Or potentially try and kill a target on a planet they moved to and expected the target to move to.

I basically interpreted it as "If you are on the same planet as your target at any point during the night move, you can act on them."

Dunno, but that's how I read it.

I'm a little bit suspicious that FFM just tried to play us. I posted earlier about working until deadline and that I wouldn't likely be back....

... makes me wonder if FFM just tried to pull a fast one by saying I could vouch for him when he knew (thought) I wouldn't be back.

I can't vouch for him <at all>.

Turns out my shift was done at 6 central, not 8 central like I thought. So I'm back a little early. Going out for a beer with a friend, though.

This kinda makes me want to change my vote, unless FFM can explain....

I can say that I don't think goose, FFM, and Jil can all be telling the truth unless almost everyone in Hatari decided to act on Jil last night. Need to look at some things again.

Need a little more than that if you don't want the lynch to swing your way.
I've got nothing to say. I'm not particularly active because I've been trying to sleep all day, and typing on a bright screen wakes me up. I'm night shift mode now, didn't realize how much flipping my schedule would melt my brain.

I meant to say "I know you're NOT accusing me specifically/directly etc etc." I left out the NOT. I realized I was relatively low on the list, I just didn't see a reason not to reveal my planet of origin.

Sorry 'bout that.

We'd like to know your planet of origin

starting to wonder if this is a wild goose chase (omg how has no one used that line yet)... I am putting my money on MJ, but I think from might be a wolf too.

Unlynch goose
Lynch MJ
Whoever is feeding you info is full of ****. If I were a wolf this game I'd have had someone else take over my character, no way I can play an important role on night shift. Fortunately, I've got the least important role possible.

I agree except FFM has been around the block a few times and I don't think he would do this when amgoose is well ahead in the lynch, when you would refute him when you got back (aka puts an unnecessary target on his back for tomorrow). I think that he truly believes you got something, regardless of whether he is a wolf or a villager.

Lupin sez: "Everyone has gotten results I intended to give out."

Given that.... I really hope I'm not missing something stupidly obvious, which I have a tendency to do, but....

unlynch goose
lynch FFM
because I think he just tried to play us.... (it is possible, though, he did something he thought I'd be notified about and I wasn't.... Lupes wouldn't get any more specific than what I just quoted)

Hrm. Ok.

So who do we want to lynch? I liked my goose lynch and can go back to it. But everyone else is on FFM and given the irregularity with the whole vouching thing ... I can stick on that, too.

But I gotta decide, because I need to meet my buddy for beer and won't be around for deadline.

I could get behind that. Something is off between FFM, WZ, and STL, but I can't put my finger on exactly what. Lynch FFM.

I guess that would make sense about not getting a notification if you are a villager.

N1 - LIS (initially picked DVMD, but forgot about the whole same planet rule)
N2 - myself (initially picked SoV, again forgot about planet rule. Wasn't confident in anyone being villager at this point, so protected myself)
N3 - MJ ( ghosted, thought maybe villager who was busy, unhappy with all the choice)
N4 - kara

Again, i moved planets because i got sick of my initial protection picks all bring on cthulu, so I said screw it and moved planets

Who do you think is sketchy on Cthulu?

Still not seeing it. And this would be in addition to a Jailer?

Three characters, three rotating abilities, each offset from the others so that on any given night there is 1 village blocker, 1 village seer, 1 village protector, but the three abilities rotate between the three players. It's an easy way to give a little strength to the village by making sure any one of those roles can't be completely knocked out with one kill.

I really want to go for the mech wolf but I am torn.

MJ has provided no information and has pretty much ghosted, but claims mech.

FFM I think is claiming jailer, maybe (would love for him to clarify), which is the antithesis of goose's protector role. If he claims that then MJ is a non issue and we should lynch one f them two, as that's too much protection in the game.

Goose did a really poor strategic move in moving places, and the only reason I can see her doing it is wolf motivations (or a poorly guided noob, but she seems smarter than that move).

Aka it's a toss up right now with FFM and goose unless FFM does not claim jailer, in which case I may go back to MJ

Who is claiming jailer? Or do we just know there is a jailer based on what Jilary said earlier?

To be fair I probably don't make the best decisions. This is only my second normal length game. Besides that I played one speed game. Both without help from more experienced players. (Sorry, I'm trying village)

Ok.

I am perfectly happy lynching goose (obviously), but I suspect more people are going to go for MJ. I'm going to leave my vote there. Seems like we need to suss the FFM/MJ question out.

LIS out. G'luck with the rest of the lynch.
