Fight me if y'all think I'm fishing here but I just had some major tinfoil form after that reveal. All I want to know is a yes or no to this. NO DETAILS: no clan, no role name, JUST YES OR NO.

I need to know if anyone tried to open a PM with Dina and if you were successful.

Twolegs aren't in a clan so to speak. So it makes me wonder if she was actually able to do so. Perhaps she was given an "honorary clan" for the sake of mechanics

saying yes doesn't mean anything! Like I said, Dina could have been given a clan for the purpose of the game

If nobody successfully opened a PM with Dina, but tried... this is where the tinfoil comes in

there are plenty of non-clan cat antagonists in the series. what if all the non-village characters aren't clan cats at all and can't pm with other players because they're not in a clan? If thats the case village can devise a way that every attempts to open a PM with each other so that we out the wolves. So if thunder clan, river clan, wind clan, and shadow clan players all try to open a PM with a specific player and are unsuccessful, that person would be non-village

examples of non-clan cat antagonists
monster = deadly car
cutter = kitty balls removing veterinarian (avoid at all costs)
Sharptooth = vicious mountain lion (cougar?) that threatened and killed cats from an ancient clan
greencough = plague that killed clan cats
rogues - not clan affiliated
badger - there's a huge battle with badgers in the series
dog pack - tigerclaw leads a loose dog pack into thunder clan to try to kill bluestar
snakes - known to kill clan cats

there are certainly enough roles here that would account for potential number of wolves in a game of this size

I really, really doubt sporty would have made the game solveable in this way

Why did you switch to dina instead of mrs? if it was self prez mrs would have made more sense in terms of getting enough votes you weren't in the lead.

it ended up being a very good thing the lynch was dina, but it was a major last minute railroad and was way more likely to result in you still getting lynched voting there instead of moving it to someone else who had already been discussed. Unless you didn't want mrs to get lynched either...

I'm very uncomfortable with the prematurity of her reaction to Mel's lynch. The first thing she said after his fauxjo occurred was about how hilarious and wasteful it'd be if he flipped village. I can see that maybe from someone who's played several forum games, but as her first, it struck me as odd.

That's why I'm telling you, from the perspective of someone who has modded many games and played multiple sporty games, I doubt that is going to be fruitful. You can feel free to go down this rabbit hole but I am betting that you will end up lynching villagers who are clan-less (aren't there good cats without a clan in the books?) and letting wolves slide by who have clans. Wasn't it already said that Tigerwhatsit is a major bad dude? I distinctly remember him being ThunderClan in the first book.

I switched to Barky partially out of self preservation and then when she claimed a role I had all of ~2 min to pick another person before the hammer came down. I didn't feel strongly about anyone at that point and wanted to get a vote out. I don't see how the panic vote for a random person is weird.

my thoughts after reading through.,,,

*don’t agree with the Alissa lynch. All the stuff she said makes sense as a villager to me. In fact, I actually kind of like the thought processes.

* AM has a post restriction for realz or is in trouble soon if no one else gets one. There really is no upside to faking now, unless wolves are setting up a major plan for later

* pippy seems village to me, but I only read her well when she is chaos.

* I think there is importance to being in clans but have no idea what exactly it is. I don’t think it is wolfy to want to know why. I presume it can help village but I don’t know why,

*. MrsDrDr big cats JJ 3M Barkley and Doggo are all on my list As possible wolves.

* I don’t trust WZ at all. Last time i was village and felt this way she pulled out her (Sov is always saying I am wolf, but she was....so in b4 that lame argument). Her posts are vaguely unhelpful. Not ready to lynch her today, but i would personally suggest not relying on her judgement, as I know a lot of players here give her a lot of (usually deserved) cred.

That was in response to AM, and when not taken out of context it’s pretty clear what I meant in that conversation. Yes, it was about me having posted reads vs AM not.

today I still feel like pip, paws, and Ziggy seem pretty typical of their villager selves. I felt better about AM after she became more AM like yesterday. I don’t really get why people are doubting her posting restriction today. If someone else doesn’t have a restriction tomorrow, then yeah I think we should look into it. But right now we don’t really have enough info to judge if it’s real or not.

Not a big fan of this. Unlynching Mrs who's still in my sketch pile to create a tie between genny and Dina 2 minutes before close? Seems wolfy. Especially since Mrs was only behind by one vote. Someone could've easily waffled over during that chaos. Kinda confused why she voted for Mrs in the first place. She hasn't mentioned them being in her sketch pile. Possible wolf trying to slip a vote in for a teammate collecting sketch points but also not in the lead to look better on VCA? Idk upon reread the timing and the context of this vote was all wrong to me and my first impression was protecting a wolfy team mate

1.a) I had NO IDEA I created a tie and if you were able to keep up with those waffles, then gfy. The latest tally that I used to pick my lynch vote showed both Mrs and Dina at 2 each
2) I opted to lynch Mrs over Dina because I had been catching up for, what, 30 minutes, and only had the chance to closely read through the posts of people who were closest to the lead (which was changing, so to not be vague, I read through the posts for barks, mrs, and genny); Having read through the most recent posts, I knew I didn't want to lynch genny. Then barks revealed, so I came off of barks. I didn't have any points for Mrs and hadn't given Dina a recent read through so it didn't seem fair to me to lynch there.

I disagree. She revealed with less than 20 minutes before close. Everything she presented is canon to the book. Jayfeather is from thunder clan. He's also a medicine cat who receives strange omens/prophecies via dream (this happens to a lot of the cat but Jayfeather's visions are pretty significant in the series). The vision is also consistent with how Sunbodi and her character died. She also revealed both her name and clan which wasn't even necessary. Not sure why a wolf would do this.. just seemed like a noob mistake
