How Do I get the Upgrade?

Create a thread in the Account Help Desk forum with a subject of "Doctor Verification".

  • We require a work or hospital email address
  • We may require additional information such as a copy of your license
  • One of our staff members will contact you via email at that address for confirmation
  • Your account will be upgraded upon confirmation
