Does anyone have an idea of how this school compares to other schools in terms of residency matching? I can't really find a match list

OOS Pre-II R just now too. Complete 8/14/2024. Tbh I didn't have a good reason to apply

they just updated does that mean we have to wait until all the interviews are done, did they get fewer applications from last year?

I highly doubt it. They historically interview around 500 applicants (~150 invites left). They also say they interview until March. My guess is that the next interview dates will be in January and February with 75 applicants invited to each.
^ I agree

I was part of group B for the October 21st interview cohort. We received an email the day after saying that group A would hear November 7th and that group B would hear November 21st. However, I haven't heard anything since the 21st and was wondering what everyone else has heard (both groups, especially B). Has there been any emails sent out since? I ask because I have yet to hear any updates since the October email and am worried if this is a R. Were we supposed to receive an active consideration email if we are on hold?

I was in that same group. It seems like those decisions got pushed back by 5 days (group A acceptances went out on the 12th and group B acceptances went out the 26th) my guess is that with Thanksgiving, timing has been a slightly delayed. If I had to guess I'd say you'll probably get an active consideration with anyone else who didn't hear back on the 26th sometime this week...

First off congrats on your A! That's a huge accomplishment!

I certainly hope I am not the only one who has not received any updates yet. The last communication I had with them was in October and am hoping my name/application was not lost.

Is anyone else also in the same boat? Should I contact admissions?

I’m a September interviewee who was supposed to receive an update email last Tuesday but still haven’t, I’m just assuming they’re a week behind and I’ll receive it tomorrow

To your question about the number of applications they received: in 2023 they received 6,304, and in 2022 (per MSAR) they received 5,885. So this year appears approximately in line with their average haul over the past few years. They are not even halfway through their admissions offers, and still a hundred or more IIs yet to be offered. Looks like their offers are running behind their interviews, compared with past years. Something is coming.

Forgot to post here, but received OOS II (no ties) on 10/2. Sent in secondary 7/15. LizzyM 82.7

But did you receive an email saying that you would hear back at a later date? I never received anything. November 21st came around and nothing. Haven't heard anything at all and not sure if we were supposed to receive any emails or anything. Did they call you to let you know? How did they keep you posted.
