Are they even an IS state anymore? I don't know a single person who has gotten even an interview here (all IS too). For the people who have interviewed, do you have close ties? Anything you think make your app stand out to this school. I want to be prepared in case I have to reapply.

definitely still very IS heavy. i am IS, undergrad here, and have received an A. i believe the stat is close to 75% IS

Pretty sure most schools accept students up until the end of the cycle considering people withdraw last minute based off finances/vaccines/failed pre-reqs. I have friends who have been called the week before classes for a seat at a different school.

“You can access the application essay questions in the portal under PCAMP. After you complete your application, we will start our review process. Candidates who appear to be a good fit will be invited for a secondary interview in late February. This online interview will involve rotating through different interviewers, with final decisions communicated by early April.”
Guessing they just stopped interviewing for it so they closed the form (hopefully .-.)
Same boat, my thoughts are less people have SDN so they may not be reported. By March 15 they need to have filled their class

It’s an AAMC rule. All MD schools need to have offered the seat amount by March 15th. Every other school gives out waitlist and rejections by that date as well which is why it’s weird that Arizona operates differently

How do you know that it’s already full?
Read through AAMC traffic rules. “By March 15 of the matriculation year, issue a number of acceptance offers at least equal to the expected number of students in its first-year entering class and report those acceptance actions to AMCAS.”

I honestly do not know. I feel very discouraged as I interviewed back in October and quite literally have not heard anything...

I think they rate you after you interview: the 9/10s get As, the 6/7/8s get silence, and they do more last minute interviews to try to find more 9/10s. If those last interviews rate less than 6/7/8s—then those ppl who have heard nothing get As. This whole thing is a **** show. It sucks for us bc we have no idea where we’ll be living for the next 4 years when school starts in the next few months. The ppl who have T20 As, who just so happened to apply here as a backup and have yet to commit to Harvard or Mayo, are the ppl making us wait. Yes I’m a hater—sue me.
