This post isn't about the current cycle, my apologies. Planning to apply in May. I see UMich has many bio courses like cell biology, molecular biology, immunology etc as recommended. I am a non-science major and have done only the required science prerequisites. Will my application be a donation?

They usually send out a massive wave of R’s after the new year before sending any A’s, so assume we’re still waiting on that. Also last two years first A’s were reported on the 15th and 20th. There’s a chance but thinking next week more likely.

From what I've seen on SDN, the major release dates have been 10/22, 11/22, and 12/20. So might not be for another couple of weeks, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an earlier dateeee

There’s a tracker online and they also post their average of applications, interviews, and acceptances over the last 5 years. Post II A is like 80%

No, I don't think they'll send it out till the end of the month. Someone asked and posted in the Discord server.

Just noticed on CycleTrack that the next A wave came out first week of February last year. I believe the dean said decisions would be out in “a few weeks” and “in the new year” for the early December interviewees, but maybe I read too much into that. Wonder if we have a few more weeks of R waves like last year before that A wave.

Last years A’s came out Jan 15th and they used to have a policy that you’d hear before the 20th of the month after you interviewed (don’t think that’s true anymore). Personally I’m expecting A’s to come today through this weekend.

It's an email first with the link to a video. My call came after the email (a couple days). Then it's a letter in your mail.

If you know someone at the medical school they’ll usually call the day of the acceptance
