is nymc still offering interviews at this point? is it worth sending an update if I'm on hold
based on the hold email i'd wager this is the last week you may hear something, if at all. personally im not hopeful. with that said, i dont think there would be any harm to sending an update

any decisions yet today? i’m on the edge of my seat, usually nymc sends decisions 1 month after interviews on tuesdays (according to this thread and previous year threads)

i fully recognize how neurotic i'm being but i interviewed 2/11 and didn't get anything yet, anyone from the same interview day heard back?

I’m surprised to not see this asked yet unless I completely missed it- I am on the WL and I have not made up my mind as to whether I would like to do this, but do they accept letters of intent? On MSAR I see that they say they accept continued letters of interest but I wasn’t sure if this was specified to the exclusion of letters of intent.

I was placed on hold but have not heard anything yet. Does this mean anything?
They are narrowing the herd. They might have a small number of interviews left to give and are determining who to give those to. But there is no way of knowing. A rejection could be all of our fates.

Might have missed it in the email but I am planning to withdraw my A here, does anyone know how to go about that or can I just email their office and let them know? I want to get that deposit back lol

ya i believe you just email them

Does anyone know if you can request a financial aid package early based on other offers from other medical schools?

Does NYMC offer scholarships? Has anyone received one yet?
They have limited merit (20k/yr) and need based scholarships (10k/yr? I know NYMC says the maximum grant aid is 30k/yr on their website).

At least some of the merit ones have already been sent out.

Do we think waitlist movement will be early this year or do people still have interviews coming up?

how long did it take for people to get their deposit back after withdrawing? did you get any confirmation?

Does anyone know if there will be another second look day this month? If so when? Thanks in advance 🙂
