I want to say it typically begins after april 30 and most common mid-May. this is all based off of what remember when looking at sdn threads for prior application years.

Only 73 people in accepted group chat (not even class group chat) and ~200 matriculate, which means higher number than 200 of acceptances offered.

Just got accepted this afternoon from WL in November (OOS). I'm beyond ecstatic but also overwhelmed because I was thinking my journey was about to go in a whole different direction.
