I have been at 4 bars since July or August, did campus tour, sent LOI, still nothing. Are they even sending interviews anymore?

I've been at 7 bars since Monday. Has this been going on with anyone else???
I'm still at 6 bars but based on previous comments I think they only send decisions on Friday, but portals can be updated during the week before. So you should hear Friday!

Does that mean you're on the WL and still waiting for news? (I'm still at 5 with an upcoming interview so I'm not sure what 6 & 7 represent)

Does anybody know if the Student Enrollment Agreement is binding if you sign it? Meaning you must attend PCOM and basically withdraw your application from all other schools? I am confused about the obligations for signing this form, so any clarification would be very helpful!

7 bars means that admissions has reached a decision, and typically they're supposed to release the decision, but they haven't yet

Anyone know if there will be more waitlist movement happening soon?

Interviewed almost 8 weeks ago and am still at 6 bars. Anyone else experiencing this? I’m kind of freaking out by now

I interviewed 5 weeks ago and still 6 bars. I was really hoping they would be sending out decisions quicker since its so late in the cycle

Flat out rejected, damn it this was my only hope for the cycle. Good luck to everyone else out there.

I mean it included refund amounts for withdrawal after x weeks of classes, so…
I’d definitely feel some pressure about acceptances or WL at other DO schools, but AAMC and AACOM are separate. I saw it more as something you agree to in order to enroll and not so much an agreement to enroll.

Wait they gave refund amounts for tuition or your deposit

Their enrollment agreement form included a section detailing how much tuition (of the ~$67,000) that is refunded after x weeks of classes should someone leave, drop out, or anything along those lines. For example, iirc, within one week was full refund, two weeks 10% loss, etc. Deposits are non-refundable.

Does anyone know if doing a campus tour impacts getting off the waitlist? They're only during the week which is super inconvenient since I work full time right now, but if it could increase my chances I will make it work. I've already sent a letter of intent. Any advice is appreciated, this is my top choice so I'll do anything for an A!

Can anybody speak about Accepted Students Day? Was it a relaxed experience?

It was very relaxed, they had a cadaver lab demo, a sim lab tour, and then a panel with current students and faculty with an optional full tour at the end. It was nice to meet people and all the staff was super friendly and welcoming! I have been to an open house before so I feel like most of the questions I had were answered there already.

Well yeah I was there too XD. Thanks for getting back to me though. I appreciate it 🙂

I really can’t imagine it would. At the very least it should not.
