How did you guys feel about your interviews? I felt like one of mine went very well, but the other person asked about things that seemed irrelevant and I didn't get a chance to really connect.

sorry to hear that 🙁( In all likelihood you are overthinking it though!! I am sure it went really well regardless - maybe they were looking for something specific in the second interview 🙂

Very much hoping the second one pans out here! I would also be shocked if a few of those deferrals didn't turn into an A!

Supposed to be one faculty one student but if there aren't enough students available you will get two faculty! It's kind of luck of the draw on who you get tbh. You submit some additional essays to them and they are blinded to your app except for those additional essays. Hope this helps!

As @impetuskrampetus pointed out, it isn't necessary! Just contribute to the discussion 3 or 4 times and you'll be perfectly fine. Be polite, acknowledge someone else's point, and don't talk over anyone.

How large are the groups? Is it mostly medical ethics questions?

It’s not really questions, it’s a discussion on a specific ethical case. It was like a dozen people in mine!

FWIW I just tweaked my 3 MME's from my primary and re-used secondary essays that I already wrote. I just treated it as a mini application, using what I already had.
