Yes should have done that. One more question, I emailed them using the same email that the secondary invitation came in. Is that the way to go right as on the MSAR website, it says different email.

Yes the 15 day deadline is very strict. You can't submit your secondary
I submitted my secondary a few days ago but still waiting on letters of rec to have that green check next to them on the status page. Does this mean my app is disqualified if I don't get the green check in the next few minutes lol. I got the "your app is complete" email right after submitting
I don't believe so, I think the deadline is for secondary submission, not application completion.

you should be good. my deadline was saturday 9pm, i submitted my primary friday night but my rec letters didnt get the green check until monday

Although I'm URM, I personally don't believe I've experienced issues accessing healthcare or quality education. I'm just not sure if they're expecting all URMs to answer "yes," regardless.

Just because you haven’t experienced issues accessing healthcare or education doesn’t mean you can’t talk about how communities that share your identity are impacted by those things

Those 2 days were both on a Friday so probably this Friday or maybe earlier.
I think that's why they limit answers to 800 characters to prevent that.

Just received an in-state secondary application today. Had a minor institutional action with a quarter of bad grades, so maybe it takes longer to screen through applications with IAs
I doubt it. It's a holistic screen, so most likely, it was your written app. Also, an IA for academic probation is nothing and for all intents and purposes, doesn't even count as an IA in the admissions process.

I don’t agree with the IA not counting in the admission process — it does — but you’re totally right that UCLA reviews applications with more than just grades and test scores in mind. Could be writing, could be IAs, could be grade trends or MCAT section scores, could be evidence (or lack) of service work. If you got a secondary, you are still in it to win it.
An IA for academic performance is nothing compared to an IA for harassing students. Because UCLA does a holistic screening, I sincerely doubt an IA for one quarter of bad performance is a reason why they took a while to get a secondary.

Just received a secondary yesterday it took about a month for mine so I was convinced they weren’t going to send me one so you never know!
I refreshed my secondary when paying and was charged twice. Anyone else have this issue? Would it hurt my admissions chances if I dispute the duplicate charge?
Why would it? You're supposed to pay it once.

They’ll definitely reject you for not giving them double the money. Just take the extra charge.

For sure dispute it. Send them an email saying what happened, it won't hurt anything. Worst they can say is that they can't refund the second charge.
