7/11When were you complete?
7/11When were you complete?
Thank You!I sent mine to the admissions email and they replied the same day
Seconding this question. When is the right time to send letters? For letters of interest, is it recommended to send sooner rather than later, or is it better to wait until you have a lot to update with?
Should LOI's even include any updates or should we save those purely for update letters?
My pre-med office said that you should send updates when you have something significant to talk about (new job, publications, significant volunteering that you did not talk about on primaries) and that now is a good time to send if you haven't heard anything. I think its ok to include updates on LOIs but LOIs are typically sent after an interview.Seconding this question. When is the right time to send letters?
Would you consider submitting a manuscript to a journal (not yet accepted for publication) to be a significant update? If accepted, it would be my first publication. My pre-med office said that you should send updates when you have something significant to talk about (new job, publications, significant volunteering that you did not talk about on primaries) and that now is a good time to send if you haven't heard anything. Don’t send updates about pubs until they are published is the tip I’ve heard many timesWould you consider submitting a manuscript to a journal (not yet accepted for publication) to be a significant update? If accepted, it would be my first publication.
Pretty sure it just needs to be done prior to your interview. That is how I interpreted it.Is there a time window to do kira, I just received the link but not sure by when I have to complete?

Yes I think so! Especially if you can tie it into the schools mission/what it means to you on a professional level. They also told me you can quickly add any personal achievements (running a race, selling art pieces, etc) if you have anything like that to put in too.I volunteer with a service org and was recently promoted to a leadership position within it. I know this isn’t a job promotion, but would this be update worthy?

Seconding this question and adding: does anyone know if a lot of people get actually taken off or is this just a soft R?Should early WL's expect any movement before may or is it typically just in may?
congrats! when were you complete+1 OOS II (but go to undergrad in NC), LM 70, submitted update letter last week 🙂 soooo happy have really been hoping for wf III

Pretty sure Wake has decent WL movement, especially if you send a letter of intent. And the earliest would be April, in the email it said to expect movement after the “commit to enroll date” and last years thread showed offers being made shortly after thatSeconding this question and adding: does anyone know if a lot of people get actually taken off or is this just a soft R?

My application was received 7/18 and I haven't heard anything since :/ I'm an in state applicant. I've gotten interviews with UNC and ECU so I'm a bit surprised I haven't heard anything from WFU yet, but it's not over until it's over I guess!
Congratulations! If you don't mind sharing, when did you interview?OOS A last night
interviewed 10/17!Congratulations! If you don't mind sharing, when did you interview?
+1Same here. They do get an absurd amount of applications, so I think they just take longer naturally.
Record yourself answering traditional interview questions, that’s really the best way to prepare.Does anyone have any recommendations for the online interview questions/ how to prepare?
thank you i appreciate it. Did any questions catch you off guard or were they for the most part standard?Record yourself answering traditional interview questions, that’s really the best way to prepare.
