+1 IS A!
Hi everyone! I’m curious if anyone who got accepted to Cooper Medical School can share when they received their interview invitation, whether this cycle or previous cycles. I submitted my secondary application 7/7 , and I’m just trying to get a sense of the timeline. For some more information, I have been a lifelong NJ resident. I am URM and bilingual. Any insight would be super helpful, thanks in advance!

The only days to interview available for me were either 1/9 or two dates in Feb so I decided it was better to interview earlier w less prep than to wait a month
I sent an update letter in November and a letter of interest beginning of January. 🙁 I hope I get an ii in the next two weeks... really want to stay in NJ. Thanks for replying!Submitted 7/23, update letter 12/8, ii 1/5, interview 1/9, A 1/15

there are currently 160ish people in the accepted students chat, but I also think there will be a lot of waitlist movement, they are for sure still accepting students so A is still possible after interviewdo you guys think i'm interviewing for a waitlist spot? be honest 🥲

Does anyone know if there are mandatory morning sessions and if Cooper uses in-house or NBME exams?
I find that there switch back to graded preclinicals is worrisome since we do not have another class to ask questions?

Thank you! MSAR and the pdfs on Cooper website say M1/M2 is P/Remediated Pass/ Fail which does not seem too bad. I know there are internal rankings although. Can anyone confirm this?Current M1s also have graded pre-clinicals. Exams are in-house

M1 M2 is not p/f. They switched to graded pre clinicals last year, so something like Honors/HP/Pass/Low Pass. There are also internal rankings and I have heard it is broken into quintiles.Thank you! Hi, I recently got a call that I was accepted off the waitlist! Is there a group chat for accepted students, such as Groupme?
+1 OOS A off the waitlist this morning! Was a call, did send a significant update and LOI. Also wondering about a chat like GroupMe! Congrats !!Hi, I recently got a call that I was accepted off the waitlist! Is there a group chat for accepted students, such as Groupme?
I didn't see anything explicitly in emails or portal except after my financial aid package today, the email says deadline to accept package is May 14. On the portal there's a few to-do list items due May 15 at earliest. Also accepted off the waitlist today, when is the deadline to make our decisions for cooper?
