Ahh have no clue :/ I’m assuming the first wave is done since SDN activity has slowed. I interviewed 11/19 and i’m also waiting for a decision

Hey everyone!! I just got an interview invite and have seen that it has been really challenging. Would anyone be open to dming about the experience? Wishing everyone the best!
I honestly thought my interview didn’t go too well (you can see my post-interview reaction earlier in this thread), but I ended up getting the A on Friday! Just goes to show that we're poor judges of our own interview performance.

It was a well-organized day and it does seem like they want you to succeed. For the stations, just be sure to answer the actual question. My undergrad's premed advisors are always telling horror stories of applicants who get hit with a difficult or weird MMI question and try to turn it into a more favorable, but different question. Also know that you don't need to use up the whole time, and be ready to answer a few follow-ups after you're done speaking. The traditional interview station was fairly rushed and the interviewer was obviously filling out a form/checklist.

I didn't prepare very much for this one (which is why I genuinely thought it went so poorly), but I think this may have somewhat helped because I was thinking through each scenario in real time and trying to provide my thought process, which is what I believe they're actually looking for in an MMI (authentic reflection) rather than a "right answer."
