Did you think once z was getting called out and upped his content he was village read for you?
I had him mild village in my spreadsheet d1 because many things he said vibed with my thoughts. I then moved him neutral following shorty's iso early cycle and then a bit more village as he started making more sense through the day.

Does that answer your question?

Just curious. He’s the only known red, so helpful to use in gauging people.

Curious why your reaction was this when am is trying to possibly find a wolf.
she didn't ask nicely, I didn't like it. she coulda pinged people and went "hey are y'all silenced or just haven't had a chance to make it on yet?"
Instead she said if we don't follow her orders, we are anti-village, which i think is un-true and unfair

What AM said. The cigarettes seem to allow a person to act on two people at night instead of one and genny and I recieved the same blocking flavor text last night. The use of cigarettes causes silencing like it did for mkg yesterday, so the person who blocked genny and I both should be silenced today. If we assume the blocking is wolfy then the silenced player is probably a wolf.
Ah yeah that makes sense. Definitely a wolfy use of that ability

I guess though if it’s valid, I don’t get being mad at her for it. Everybody’s moody today. Here is the clinic cat image.jpg

playing with mouse under door while I babysit my leg amp cat. Perfect image for snaring your prey! Haha

I suppose I can get on the D3 one since there's another discussion lull.

alley got +1 wolf point for being on a mid-late bus all 3 days in a row;
alissa(2), z(13), AM(5)
esp. bc i didn't really get her logic on the alissa vote

I wanna yeet AM again but I'm afraid that my own frustration over her may be clouding my ability to read so i'll hold off for now but i wanna put some pressure on

yeet pawprints

you've now seen people taking serious issue with your absence, and more than that, the quality of your contributions when you ARE here and i think having that at end game can get dangerous. Whatchya thinking? How do you feel about how votes have gone over the last few days?

Oh and I know most of the conversation about night stuff happened earlier but i was in an benedryl induced sleep (There was surprise peanut butter in my breakfast🙁)
Someone took a picture of me last night (I heard a camera go off)

alissa (6) - please, alley, mayo, Vis, mkg, jboo
Looking at who was on alissa at the end of D1 and it's not a good look for please, alley, and mayo since alissa can be an easy misyeet. I'll have to go back to look at the reasoning from mayo and please since I know alley talked about that recently

Oh no! Eclinic yesterday I had a sweet golden that had unknown exposure with presenting puffed face. So sad but cute. Still happy when she responded to Benedetto injection and dex!

I don’t know that I see please and alley in a pack. Anyone have that thought likely w/v there

So a couple of weeks ago my friend was taking her pitty mix (who is the stereotypical skin issues and seasonal allergies problems pit mix) on her usual route. Like they do it 2x every day routine. Kels was taking miss Zoey (the pitty) on her night time walk and then all of a sudden when she looks back at Zoey she's COVERED in hives. Like giant, quarter sized welts ALL OVER her body. Kelsey runs back home w Zoey and calls me (the resident vet med friend) and I tell her to go to emergency. By the time they get to the emergency clinic poor zoey's face was so puff her eyes were barely open.
Still have no clue what happened, but she responded well to a steroid shot and benedryl for the next couple of days and is doing much better- Kels has since changed their walk route

Please's post regarding alissa D1

alissa: i noted the weird exchange w AM around p56 and that's about it. I think her wording of things that some people took issue with have been NAI. overall: neutral

i thought this was an interesting perspective. a couple of alissa's posts talking about her votes can be interpreted as trying to like
give context that didn't exist in the first place if that makes sense
feeling a little worse about alissa, and but im still not sure how to read snow.

so a couple of reads have been updated to:
kata has been moved to no opinion. haven't seen enough
trilt has been moved to village lean. I like their logic flows even though i don't really agree with the reads
and alissa has 1 more wolf point but is still largely neutral

this put something into words that i was having a hard time with. the post also pinged me as weird, and i think i mentioned it earlier in the poor wording "giving context, retroactively, to something that did not have context" and reading it like this is making me feel worse about alissa

reading this one more time dug something up outta my memory
alissa's posts are beginning to remind me of a couple of games back when april woofed. I don't remember which game but she made a weird vote on d1 and got called out a lot for it, and attempted to backtrack (didn't get yeeted for it so it worked)
this tone is reminding me a LOT of that tone and i don't feel great about it. alissa's moved into wolf leans

to me, it's not so much the switch itself, but the aftermath and how you've addressed it that isn't reading in a village tone to me

in my initial reads list i think i had her as squarely neutral and then when i reread some of the posts that transpired, esp the ones addressing her early switch, i got the feeling that she was trying to add too much logic and context to something that had neither. I got wolfy vibes from it, bc it reminded me of something that happened with a wolf in a previous game on D1

the one that she posted this morning jumped out to me but i would need to go back and look at the context.
From what i remember, she was being questioned about her vote, and in my opinion was giving too much backing to a joke vote when I would have felt less weird about "listen idk it was a joke vote"
I think she tried that approach, kept getting pushed, then started adding too much logic and that progression made me raise an eyebrow. I could be misremembering so I'm gonna go back and try to read the progression again to confirm these thoughts

okay. this is big big post. for ease of thread reading im gonna spoiler it
this is the very start

and then this is what people took issue with.

this is what i read as "it was just a joke vote. nothing more nothing less"

i can appreciate this, it reads as genuine

this makes sense to me

semi off topic, this was one of the things that made me a little sus of AM bc the tone here really bothered me. from what i saw in the tot chat, wolf AM was condescending, and this read to me as very condescending

this is one of the knitpicky things that was pointed out and i believe alissa addresses it later. I did notice her "wait and see" was not about AM- it was directed at us like "wait and see i aint staying here long" so i can understand her later frustration about this being misunderstood

and then this is where she starts to lose me. Plan??

i can appreciate this reasoning. the magnitude of the salt does seem to warrant more than a minute of vote.

this reads genuine as well

i think this can have a few explanations, especially in the context of getting called out for switching

a single word is hardly overdone in my opinion, this might be wolfy trying to get anything to draw attention away

okay i think the clock becomes important here. I the last like real pressing about this vote came before 6 pm, and then this post was after 9 pm. This is where i start to feel really icky, because this passage isolated makes it sound like someone's been drilling her for hours, when a lot of the attention had gone elsewhere at that point. I think this trend continues

this reads as genuine frustration to me. I'm willing to 100% say that alissa and AM are not w/w. too much of their interaction has seemed genuine from both sides.

just putting it here bc it was a part of the interaction, but i don't really have a solid opinion on the input. it's echoey but its hard not to be if youre catching up

i agree with cray's input on this and cray is solidly in my village

and then hours later, when most of the attention about the vote switch was retroactive speculation, and speculation mostly about her response, she said this. this is what made me feel most ick about her, esp the bolded. I get being frustrated, I really do, but the first sentence skeeves me out. and then the "and anyone who questions me further is sketch" is ridiculous and reads to me as a way to cast easy sus on any player.
overall, i found myself agreeing and understanding the early on responses to the questioning. then, as the day moved forward, we were faced with 2 scenarios: a very frustrated villager, or a floundering and a little bit paranoid wolf.
and after reading this all again, between the "that was the plan" thing and then the (in my opinion) weird phrasing of her later explanations, i gotta put alissa in my wolf category. i don't like how it all looks put together with the timeline

i feel bad bc i really like her as a person but

yeet alissa

i also think its weird that for all of the shade thrown throughout the day, no one put down a vote. so i want to see where putting a vote down goes

So looks like there was actually a progression of that read but a lot of it felt like piggybacking off what others said to move alissa more and more wolfy. It also doesn't help my suspicions of please that when I was skimming her ISO I was reminded of how she kept listing zenge as village

Okay but has anyone discussed this progression

Day 1:
shorty's in neutral bc i find her difficult to read. zenge is in slight village because i think he's sounded provillage so far. with further clarification from shorty about her comment, he's more solidly in village now. shorty remains in neutral, moving towards a slight village lean, simply bc i don't trust my own judgement of her

it's not the basis of my zenge read. my zenge read is based on my own opinion that he sounds provillage with the little asterisk of keep in mind what shorty said

again, im not saying he's wolf, i think he's village, but i added the note as something to keep in mind going forward.

Day 2:
thank you for taking the time to do this bc holy crap that was a lot of work.
my feelings coming away from it are that zenge seems to be hyper-focusing on strange things, which i haven't really seen him do before. From what I remember he definitely picks things apart, which is a great approach, but a lot of what we saw yesterday was continuing conversation about a bunch of things that some/most people thought were little and not worth that much notoriety.
I'm slight wolf leaning zenge now, down from slight village lean.
This also looks like a village!shorty analysis that I'm used to so shorty is pretty squarely in village now.
(this was also her first post of D2)
Did you change your mind on Zenge?

no, but i feel like i have enough information to be ok putting a vote there. i don't have enough information from genny, and i think its early enough in the day cycle to place a pressure vote for info

given absolutely no other information, if i had to put a final vote down right now, I think it would go to zenge. a lot of people who are in my village are feeling worse and worse about zenge, april who was in my village was feeling worse about him, and i think there's value to that. so that in addition to my own feelings about how he's hyper-focused on things (ref my post quoting shorty's iso), he's my strongest wolfy read rn.

Because with the assumption that they got the notification that zenge was seered this is super sketchy

Mayo's post on alissa which consist of: saying her vote move wasn't a wolf move, saying the move was very village, yeeting her without explanation, and then having her as a wolf read due to her vote and "most of the rest of the day"

I'm not getting the focus on the weird Alissa vote swap.

Or the first post tin-foils.

Are they weird? Sure.

Weird ≠ Wolf.

Quite the opposite typically.

An hour into D1?

Yes. Very village.

I don't think a wolf would want to draw that much attention to themselves for no reason. Wolves tend to be more careful with everything they say. Especially early. The have to be.

5 minutes before yeet closes? That would be a different story.

I still haven't seen a good argument for kata. Not sure why she (he?) is tied for the lead right now.

Unyeet C
Yeet Alissa

Wolfy:
Alleycat - I'm not following her logic much at all
Genny - Refusing to give wolf reads and very defensive. She's been given multiple opportunities to give something.
Cyndia - already explained
Alissa - Don't like the naked vote on kata, or most of the rest of the day

Someone took a picture of me last night (I heard a camera go off)
For the unaware, in the game, you take photos of different splicers (the people who used to be normal but gene spliced too much that they become horrible monsters) for some reward I can’t remember.

I'm not quite following why, after a while early game of silence, Chaos is suddenly hot to put me down. The more I look back on it, the weirder it is.

Chaos, I can't tell if you're wolf or tunneling, but if you're villager .... you're hurting the village right now tunneling me.

Not silenced.

Also don't care for "DO WHAT I SAY OR YOU'RE ANTI-VILLAGE" bullying. Sketchy.
Do you think it's pro-village to intentionally give cover to the silenced player by posting as late as possible?

Mayo's post on alissa which consist of: saying her vote move wasn't a wolf move, saying the move was very village, yeeting her without explanation, and then having her as a wolf read due to her vote and "most of the rest of the day"

I think these quotes are taken a bit out of context. This makes it sound like I'm talking about the same Alissa vote.

The one I'm clearing was the 5 second joke vote on AM right out of the gate. It was a clear joke vote and I thought people were overreacting to it.

Amongst the people overreacting to it was Zenge, which I pointed out at the time (i'm on my phone, I can find the post later if you want).

The vote I was referencing when I said I was voting for her was her vote on kata. She didn't provide any information on it and then disappeared. It seemed weird and was sus.

So I presume that makes AM wolfy to you, as well? With the "you are to respond or you are anti-village" nonsense?

I think AM is a wolf, but empty threats are part of her village meta and her wolf meta from what I've seen.

Her vote record and other things sporty or I have pointed out are better reasons to vote for her than being overly pushy.

I wasn’t trying to portray it as the same Alissa vote. But it’s weird how many times you called the AM vote and the attention it brought village and then voted for her later and one of the reasons was “most of the rest of the day”

The AM vote was a bad reason to vote for her. It reminded me of me being misyeeted because someone didn't like my shorty vote in the last game as an anti-salt vote. I don't put a lot of value in who people choose to vote for in hour 1 of the game.

I do put a lot of value into the rest of what they do. As the 36 hour cycle progressed, she didn't do much to show herself as village and I didn't like the naked kata vote without an explanation.

The two instances are completely different. I don't think you were intentionally blurring it, but the fact that I was talking about two different votes wasn't immediately clear when I read your post so I wanted to clarify.

No. But I also think that there are other reasons for not posting. I think you have to be a bit more cautious to look at the entirety of the player's play, not just say "respond to this post or you are anti-village."

That's narrow in the extreme, and about as likely to catch us a villager as a wolf.

Especially with an arbitrary 6PM cutoff. There are players like Cray who are very active, but usually after that time due to work or whatever. I probably wouldn't have responded on time if I hadn't been pinged on it.

Alrighty. I'm back to work again.

lynch kata because I'm still there.

Ok with: Alley, Cyndia, Chaos, AM

If Kata is not on the realistic pile, I'll (pending reading the new posts between now and then) be jumping to one of those four if they are lynchable.

Are you saying a villager blocked Dina and genny last night? Or do you have some reason to believe the blocker would be unaffected by cigarettes?

Exactly. I slept most of the day, have a few minutes to post right now, and am headed back. I could easily have missed that.

I don't believe you give people credit for real-life obligations - i.e. I don't believe you clear them - but I also don't think you pull that bull**** "reply now or you're wolfy" nonsense. Way too narrow. Screams to me of trying to pick some people to launch a mislynch against.

I am utterly confused by this post. I'm not saying any of those things? I don't even know what the cigarettes do.
Okay, then you're missing the point of that post. Why do you think I'm pinging those people and how much have you read?
