Auburn c/o 2025 Applicants

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
So whether or not they can ask specifics regarding our application?
I guess you can put it that way! But even if it is closed book, they can still ask about the experiences that you have had- which would’ve been on your application. So if it is open book they can ask about your essay or like you said the specifics that was on your app.

There is a log in option on that page where it says sign in, you just have to search for it. I was confused for a while too.

um is there any other way to register for a time? I feel like an idiot but the link they sent only has log-in options, there is no option to make an account like the instructions say???

I've been in a car for the past ten hours so my brain is fried, but seriously nothing I click on works???😵 this is what my page looks like

I think i just put a “new” username and password and clicked log in which took me to a sign up page?
Unfortunately, mine says that the username and password are not found. looks like I'll have to email them but thank you for your help!

Congrats to everyone who got interviews! If you didn’t, don’t give up hope for other schools or even Auburn next year! Current first year and I love Auburn 😊

Can I PM you with questions?

Has anyone applied and not heard back about rejection or interviews?
This happened to someone last year and they sent it to the wrong email so I’d reach out for an update if you don’t hear soon!!

I am a first year student from KY. I got my interview invite mid January and didn't interview until the first week of March. So for all you in state and contract students, don't worry!

Hey guys, just want to make sure OOS does not need to send Fall 2020 transcripts to AU? I looked back at my email and it said that but confirmation from someone else would make me feel better. Thanks!

We didn’t have to until we got accepted, and even that wasn’t until the end of June when we did have to!

Check your emails! You should’ve gotten one saying they need a headshot emailed to them!

Does anyone know how many IS interviews auburn gives? Or what their interview to acceptance ratio is?

had my interview today! (OOS) I was shaking the whole time omg
I stalked last years thread and they got calls around the 10th, and it looks like the individual committees make their calls at slightly different times!
Not me sitting by my phone for the next 2 weeks.... good luck to everyone!!!!

Does Auburn use live animals for teaching purposes( e.g terminal surgeries?) I am asking because when I was looking up past interview questions, one of the question was "how do you feel about using live animals for surgeries".

Also, for the interview is it more behavioral or more typical interview questions? They aren't a lot of information about the actual interview and it's making me nervous!

Thanks in advance.

My interview today was very personality based, they asked me a lot about my experiences, my background as a person, and about a few specific things I had mentioned in my essays. 🙂

They have sent out all interviews for Alabama for people who returned information in time... whatever that means

Does anyone know about when oos is notified of admissions decisions? I interviewed today and forgot to ask.

I interviewed with them today and it went wonderful! For future interviewees, don't worry too much about it. It was very easy going 🙂

According to last year's thread OOS applicants received acceptance calls on February 10th and waitlist/rejection emails were sent out afterward. Not sure if they're following the same timeline this year but I'm sure we'll know something within the next couple weeks.

Hello! OOS with an interview 2/2! I had another interview today but it was MMI style. Auburn is my first choice so I am very excited but also nervous.
Hello! Just be yourself and try not to stress about it! I interviewed this past Thursday. It was very relaxed and just asked questions about your application itself and goals. Good luck!

Just had my interview. I had 5 interviews overall (this was my last) and I am glad I didn't prepare heavily for this one with ethical/personality questions. This was the easiest interview out of them all because they just asked about my application/essays/experience. It could also be that I was less nervous because I got accepted elsewhere and had been through it 4 times already lol.

just had my interview! both my interviewers were so friendly and mr. sellars does a great job of making us feel at ease before we enter the breakout rooms. if you haven’t interviewed yet, don’t be nervous - just know yourself, your interests, and your application well and you’ll be fine!
