@LetItSnow, @Philliab - I am trying to get this on a decent schedule, I swear. I'm happy to leave the day schedule run for the majority especially if people just keep the PM's to the mods moving along. We've already got a decent number of PM's so......:xf:

With that said, to support my claim of not evil, you can all start PM-ing freely within your Stage groups.

To be perfectly honest, the villagers won that game because a couple specific people made great choices with their abilities. Otherwise, the whole role revealing was super helpful to the wolves - while it nearly caught us out since SOV hadn't assigned us role numbers, we still managed to evade discovery, and even if we had been caught, our conversions had all the information by the time they were converted.

Anyways, so I am a strong proponent of avoiding mass role reveals. Individual reveals are necessary from time to time, but I think the mass reveals just give too much of an advantage to the wolves in most games.

I am definitely not complaining. 🙂 My schedule is the one out of control right now. Normally, I'm pretty flexible. Do watcha gotta do, and I'll play as much as I can.

I agree and I'm not saying we should do it this game. Just wanted to point out we did win and caught a few wolves with the reveals.

I get the resistance, and normally I am not a proponent of the mass role reveal. But in a game where we don't even know what our actions are, we need some way to figure these out before we use up our set lists. Then we will really be hosed.

That was my thought too. But people don't like role reveals on the thread. We can PM now, so that helps, but apparently role reveals to a couple people in your group are taboo now too. So how the hell are we supposed to figure anything out?

talk about it by PM then. I think open reveals are going to hurt us in the long run
 
Well, with 6 added people, I don't see the wolves not getting an extra.

But it was silly for him to ask about affiliations in the role PM if he was a wolf.

That being said, it was better than random...

I certainly appreciate that! But seriously, do what you gotta do for you guys and the masses. I just wanted people to know why I'm not around during the day. (I'm in rounds right now hoping nobody notices.... eek.)

I think if you use a set list song, definitely share to figure out what it did, and so other people might be able to piece together what their songs do, and I see no problems with selectively revealing with one or two groupmates to try to figure out what the songs do before using them, but openly revealing on the thread for no reason is going to end with wolves getting extra knowledge.

Just tossing around ideas, but since it's been already shared that mosh pit seems to be all vanilla villager fans, we might be the best test subjects for autoplay songs?

All right, my plan: we are very near to closing night. I'm waiting on 4 PM's but can close night without them if I'd have to. Then we will be on day (WOO!) allowing lynches to run for a long while and then I aim to close nights when I get to work at 8am CST daily. We'll see what @Haxx thinks of that.
 
Lots of things going bump in the night. Just as she was ready to take the stage and "rock and roll all nite," an untimely event prevented @Cracker.Jack. - KISS from partying every day. She will be hospitalized until further notice from the traumatic injury she sustained to her neck this evening from some sinister saboteur. In addition, fan #3 - @swingnsave was found unconscious in the alley outside the venue. Sources say she was partying too hard with a pop star. Hopefully she'll practice better habits in the future!!!

MOD ANNOUNCEMENT: Lynch deadline is at 10PM CST (or whenever @Haxx can tally up) :headphone:. I'd like all PM's in my box when I roll into work at 8am CST tomorrow.

Also, tempted to vote for FFM given trying to lead a mass role reveal without revealing yourself doesn't sit right.

Not getting wolfy feelings from it but I consider it odd.

Lynch escalla. With the extra group added, it's likely a wolf role was added too. And for some reason escalla seems a bit wolfy to me. No solid info, just a feeling.
 
Ok, ignore me then. I even went back and looked before posting but must have glanced over it again.
 
And I haven't revealed my number, but it's incredibly easy to see what it is so meh.

Ok. I was hoping you'd say yes it's your autoplay, so I'd be more sure that you're lying about assassinating by accident (because it's less likely a villager would get unlimited assassinations than a single assassination).

What are the chances though that each night there has been an accidental assassination? I think there are two wolf kills per night for some reason. Which makes me feel better about a phil lynch.

Hmm. Maybe kaydubs is messing with us and there are no wolves... but if there are wolves, going off the assumption they only have one kill, I find it hard to believe they would have chosen to kill swings who openly admitted to being a vanilla villager. So I'm thinking this phil lynch is worth pursuing since cracker jacks killer is more likely the wolf.

Also phil was online after the writeup and before that info was revealed. I feel like if she was a villager, she would have openly admitted to the accidental kill (like DVMD did last round).

But seriously...I wish I had more time to devote to this game, but I don't. Sorry mods. I tried to be as active as possible. Anyway...I'm out. Lynch me if you think that's going to help you figure this out.

Unfortunately with two kills a night (and maybe even on one kill nights) people are going to make things up and claim that they used a song and accidentally killed someone. I think the argument that the wolves hopefully wouldn't waste a kill on a vanilla villager is a strong one, but maybe they're all noobs, idk. What I don't find as strong of an argument is the fact that philliab was online and didn't post anything before she was accused. I feel like a broken record every time I say this, and I'm not defending philliab at all, but a lot of times I have browsers open but I'm not browsing the thread. I hate that argument.
