I didn’t even realize it was him until he said I knew his role. And the message I got that night literally just said I got a fish and it came with a message. I tried to use it but I never got any results that it did anything and I don’t have an ability to block so idk

I feel very strongly that cubs is not village, just like I felt very strongly from D1 that he was not village in that past game where he was chaos (let me check my list of games to remember which one it was).

Take that as you may, but I've been getting feels from his tone for days, and this fish thing and the incomplete-sounding role PM kinda put the nail in the coffin for me.

The reason I think Barks and Cubs are the other two wolves is because it's an easy way for the vouch to happen. Cubs said earlier on (yesterday?) that Barks could vouch for his role. I have a hard time believing the ability literally is just to give a fish that does nothing. Maybe the fish is the jailing/blocking mechanism? Gives the fish, they're distracted and can't use their ability that night. That role flavor he posted is SUPER vague and I have a hard time believing that the mods would just be like, "hey you can hand out fish" and leave it at that. It's POSSIBLE, but not probable. Kinda not so nice to not specify... and I'd have a hard time believing he wouldn't ask for clarification.

N4 I gave an Emperor Angelfish to miz and that was the night she protected dolphin if I'm not mistaken. Clearly not a jailing action, plus you can go look back on D5 and when Im able to communicate to her thats when she took her vote off of me. I think the usage for it is kind of a pseudo-reverse tracking type of role. When I gave a fish to barks the other night, lets say someone claims they blocked me and a kill didnt go through making me look suspect, then I can say no I wasnt blocked, I sent a fish to barks and she can confirm it.

Not direct evidence no, I just read the tone and depth of interactions and trying to game solve in a more complete way that has me leaning firmer village for her.

When I got the fish last night, the tone sounded friendly and nice. So it feels unlikely that cubs is wolf tbh unless I'm reading too much into it.

I don't believe for a million years that you don't know what your ability does.
You said originally you think it's a message sort of thing. Now you're saying reverse tracking. And the mechanism that you're describing is way too complicated for what I've seen so far in this game. This game plays very straightforward. This isn't an STL game. This isn't Pokemon Redux.

Just as a reminder, we're dealing with two wolves and a chaos.... or two OG wolves and a convert. So no one is clear beyond the day dolph said it went to three non-village. I think Lawp has been playing village Lawp. I think Coop has been playing very pro-village (and if you're a wolf, go you, I bow down). I don't think a capri wolf would go MIA like this.... and I think Barks is an ideal convert candidate and she's been buddying up to cubs. Makes it easy to pull the wool over village's eyes if they're both in the wishy-washy mess of maybe being trusted.

It IS very straightforward!!! I just gave an example. If someone claimed they were blocking me for whatever reason, I can know theyre lying and have confirmation through someone else on thread to prove it.

yes, but tell me why that would be an ability? Like I said, I don't think that Caiter and Finn would put that in this game for that purpose.
You also didn't come out immediately with that theory and it took you a while to give that explanation. For an ability you've been sitting on all game, I'd think you'd have come up with that conclusion earlier... if you actually believed it.
